“I’ve been coming here for my last 5 or 6 pairs of running shoes. I enjoy the customer service and the opportunity to try pairs on compared to shopping online. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy, and stock is generally very good for the store’s size. Prices are high and sales seem few and far between but that is not unique to this store, more of a problem with the 2026 running gear market in general. Shoutout to Ruby who was very helpful today in helping me pick out a pair of Brooks. All in all I would recommend this store to any runner in mpls!”

“Came in a few weeks ago to check out running shoes. The manager, Julian, was extremely helpful in giving recommendations and picking out some great shoes to try on. I didnt make my decision that day, but came back a couple weeks later after doing some reading on the shoes. I ended up selecting one of the shoes he recommended. My size wasn't in stock, but he was able to place an order at no additional charge to be delivered directly to my residence.
Overall my experience in the store was great. I don't write many reviews and it takes some excellent service to get me to take the time to write one. I highly recommend this store for all of your shoe needs. Julian went above and beyond.”

“I enjoyed shopping at this Schuler Shoes store. I often go to the Southtown store, and they are both great. St Louis Park at Miracle Mile is a little bigger with a larger selection. The store manager helped me to look at Healthy Back Bags and tennis shoes. He really knows his stock and understands feet. “I went here on a mission to find a specific shoe and they ended up not having it, but the service was beyond top-notch. Ron was so helpful and just gave amazing customer service. He explained exactly what kind of fit might be best for me and the differences. He then helped me find another location that would have exactly what I’d need! 10/10 service and I’d come back in a heartbeat. Ron W made me love redwing even more!”
“I always recommend going to local running stores for a good shoe purchase even if you aren't an avid runner. Even walking shoes or crossfit training. And especially at TC running (at multiple locations), they are so good with knowing the details of the shoe, it's structure, it's purpose, pros and cons. Rather than just broad categorization and focusing on looks and colors of the shoe. Also, they are very very patient in letting out try multiple shoes, particularly if you have specific feet issues or wear orthotics. They were also flexible in letting me return a few pairs that didn't work out for me, as long as I used them for testing only inside the home. Highly recommend for any of your sports shoe or even daily walker needs. I most recently bought 2 pairs of the Altra Torin 9s fro them. Also, they are one of the few dealers who carry a lot of Altra-brand shoes.”

They have a number of top quality brand to select from and there is a discount section in the back of the store where you may be able to find some great buys.”

“I was looking for a pair of Hoka slip ons for men. Vinnie, the store manager, was extremely helpful with showing me what was available and additional lace options that would make an existing pair of Hoka’s closer to a slip-on. He was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk with. Tradehome has a very large selection of men’s and women’s Hoka’s. Makes it easier to decide which style works best when you can try them on! I’ll be back next time I need to replace my current Hoka’s! Thanks for your help Vinnie!”
“Mekhi and his team provide 5-star customer service! I purchased two pair of the women's trail runners but one pair was uncomfortable after half dozen wears. “The team that assisted me during my appointment was incredible! I had previously been to multiple other vendors in the Twin Cities and the sales experience and especially the dress selections were really below average which made me anxious about ever finding anything I might like within my budget.Cue Anthropologie.I loved every single dress on the Anthropologie wedding website because the catalog looked timeless, chic, and elegant and this prompted me to book an appointment with a local store (which I was able to secure the same week). The dresses were a bit above my original budget, but what I saw online was so promising that I was willing to go above what I had in mind. Best. Decision. Ever.I nearly wept publicly from relief when I tried on the first dress in the store. The fabric, fit, and design of their inventory is UNMATCHED in comparison to any "traditional" bridal shops in the Twin Cities. The store associates were incredibly helpful, friendly, and deeply knowledgeable about styles. They were able to assess my preferences and pulled dresses beyond what I had originally wanted to try, and I loved every single one.Truly so beyond happy with the experience (I found THE dress!!) and will refer my friends to this location for anything wedding-related. 10/10 experience!! “Went to Bonobos on the recommendation of a good friend who dresses much nicer than I do. Worked with Daemon who was absolutely fantastic! He listened to what I needed, then walked through different options in a supportive and not pushy way. I brought pictures of clothes/shoes I had at home which was helpful for him to see what could be paired with the new clothes I bought. Overall it was a great experience thanks to Daemon, I highly recommend shopping there vs. stores at the mall as they have better service, better clothing, and a relaxed atmosphere.”

“The customer service at Tecovas was exceptional. I originally went to the store with a friend who was looking to try on and buy a pair of boots, and I was just along for the ride. As soon as we walked in, Brendan greeted us and made the whole experience fantastic. After hearing him explain the different styles, sizing, fit, and materials, I decided to try on a pair myself. It didn't take long before I was convinced I needed a pair too!
The one-on-one service was outstanding and made the entire boot-buying experience feel personal and enjoyable. I also loved learning more about the craftsmanship and details behind the boots I was trying on. Brendan was knowledgeable, friendly, and never made the experience feel rushed.
