“The pie is to DIE for. When you walk in, you get to pet the Zebra from Zimbabwe which I think is rad. Prices are great too! Selection always proper as well and the staff is really knowledgeable especially Jeff and his love for pumpkin pie. No...I did not have Mushrooms”
“I went through my memory after going to the Lego store at the mall, and I just couldn't find a reason to give the lego store anything less than 5 stars. Lego has been my childhood and even though it's sad to see the prices rise over the years, the quality of the sets haven't declined. The selection of legos that I saw was incredible. My favorite, the new and redesigned death star. I can't afford to buy a $1000 lego, but wow that thing is awesome. I got the home alone lego, and Im not disappointed. Even if the set isn't something I very much enjoy, just building any lego is really fun and good for keeping busy. It was a really kid friendly store with an area outside for building legos while parents can sit down and relax for a minute. Lines can be long to get in the store sometimes, but I would say it's rare, and the lines move fast anyway. Even if you're not going to buy anything, I would still recommend coming and taking a look around.”
“Love the store!! Reasonably priced items. Haven’t sold to them yet bring that I have a 2 month old but a lot of the gear I’ve gotten from them has been very useful and kind to my pockets. Definitely recommend becoming a VIP for those special sales/days.”
“It’s a museum, it’s a toy store, it’s a game shop, it’s an experience one must have! Full of stunning Lego (or Lego adjacent) custom builds of military aircraft and vehicles. Showcases the art and skill of true Brick Masters! It is inspiring just to see what can be created!”
“Pretty neat toy store, a lot of items crammed into every nook and cranny, well organized for the chaos of toys. I'm not sure if I saw a single shelf, lol. Went in for a quick browse, walked out 40 minutes later. Check it out if you are in the area!”
“It had been awhile since I'd been in a bookstore. I was pleasantly surprised to see how many magazines are still being published. You'll find ones tailored to many niche interests. Check the freestanding displays and end caps for sales. You can find some good deals. The cafe sells Starbucks products; however, you cannot use that app or points there. The store and restrooms were clean and the staff was friendly.”
“15 years old today, Mr. Zeros is jam packed with cool stuff. If you're a music collector it's almost impossible to walk out empty handed. Just off Larpenteur and within walking distance of Como Park, this music/collectible/videogames/younameit shop has something for every mediaphile. Picked up 9 CDs today and they all play flawlessly. Affordable.”
“I've been coming here regularly for about a year to buy cards and play Magic the Gathering. Some of the staff recognize me and I appreciate that. Even those staff I'm not familiar with are responsive and helpful. My preferred local game store in Minneapolis.”
“The cutest children’s toy shop (and as an adult, I wanted everything). Unique gifts, stationery, candy, high quality toys, and more. My young friend loved her birthday present, wrapped beautifully!”
“Get customer service. Our board game did not come complete, came back to the store and they ensured we had a complete board game. Now looking forward to hours of fun”
“I’m visited the store to browse the D&D book collection Games by James had, hoping to find something that peaked my interest. While doing so an employee, I believed whose name was Ian, walked up and helped me decide from the selection. I loved that I didn’t even have to ask for help, and I loved even more the advice he provided. I ended up walking away satisfied with a Xanathar’s Guide to Everything.”

“I went to Kiddywampus in Hopkins for the first time the other day! What an amazing toy store! They literally have a little bit of everything including, Barbie, Legos, and Playmobile. I saw art kites, puppets, science kits, books, dress up clothes, stuffed animals and games just to name a few. They had toys for all ages from 0 to 100! They offer gift wrapping and there is even a space for parties or events! It will take a few visits to see everything! Since I have a bunch of kids in my life I will definitely be visiting again and again!”
“Sweets is my go to when it comes to kendamas. I ordered online and left a note asking if they could give me a well balanced kendama for the one I was ordering and they did! They left me the specs of the dama on my packing slip and gave me some candy too! Shout out to the sweets team for spreading the love really do appreciate it!”

“Love this place! They make shopping for baby stuff so straightforward and enjoyable. Egle was an immense help in finding the best stroller/car seat combo and custom tailored the selection to our needs and lifestyle. They know their products and are super informative!”
“So fantastically happy they had the new Sanrio Halloween bears! My helper Ashley was super nice and we had a wonderful conversation! My next trip Maddy helped me stuff the new Halloween Stitch! I also met a Kayla who is fantastic and sorta my doppelgänger :) I come here a ton of times and each experience is amazing!”
“We love going to Teeny Bee and finding the next great outfit for family photoshoots. There are always fun gender neutral patterns and colors, as well as cute dresses, comfy PJs, and dress-to-impress outfits. The owner is so kind and always has great suggestions when we need something specific for a new baby or event. We love Teeny Bee!”
“I am the green-haired lady who stopped by a week ago or so and bought a bunch of things here, including 3 Traptrix decks (trying to buy build a traptrix deck with structure decks). I've never had this happened before, but a crucial $5 card (Ash Blossom) was completely missing out of one of the boxes. I recounted over and over and accepted that it was just missing.
I called the store to get a receipt as well cuz I couldn't find the receipt and told the guy over the phone I was missing a card, hoping maybe he could help, but he didn't really offer to do anything about it, but he at least was able to email me my receipt.
I give the store 4/5 because idk where the blame should be put and may very well not be their fault, and the workers there were still very nice people and enjoyed chatting with the lady there.”
“If I didn’t use self restraint, the amount of money I could spend here would be dangerous. The assortment of games and puzzles available here is wonderful, I imagine it would be a bigger challenge not to find something that will grab your attention here. Two player games, group games, role playing adventures, trading cards, classic puzzles, disc golf discs, or board games, whatever your cup of tea they will have something available for you. In addition to the selection of games to build your collection there is a great assortment of various accessories like creative dice or playing cards for a more invested hobbyist as well. They offer a rewards program if you expect to be a regular customer, and customer service is always friendly and helpful.”
“The swing arrived timely and to the joy of the grandchildren. We had already secured lines to the tree branch so all we had to do was attach the swing lines to the lines from the branch. The swing is perfect, very high quality and easy to install. The first riders were the the grandparents!”
“Beautiful store and, wow, what a selection of the latest baby items, especially for newborns and new mommies! Maegge and Kavi were incredibly helpful in the Edina store. The store is a must for buying special gifts to celebrate the new baby; the gift wrapping is gorgeous, and, again, you will find something that no one else carries, especially onesies and sweet baby stuffies, toys and books. While the store seems like an elegant boutique, Pacifier, a woman-owned local business with four locations, carries a lot of inventory and they are serious about their merchandise. Maegge and Kavi went out of the their way to find a product for me, and ultimately found it in another store. I look forward to shopping at Pacifier again and again. Very special place.”
“The is a small store but it is jam packed! There are novelty toys, stuffed animals, and things like coloring and maze books. I loved the selection of games and puzzles though and did not leave the shop empty handed. If I'm ever at the mall again I will definitely be sure to stop here.”
“Quite the snazzy store for big middle aged kiddos to play in. Also, if you need or want to find a unique gift that you can't find in a Target or Walmart store, tis the place to go.
Fun noise makers, kaleidescopic toys, cars, magnetic monsters and more. Plus art supplies like scissors, clay, paper, wiggly squiggly pens, and more.”
“Today is Thursday, August 7th 2025. I walked into this establishment and I was greeted it immediately with smiles. I had the most wonderful experience here. The 2 ladies I never got their names they were both wonderful to me. I didn't buy anything there but..... they restuffed my Glaceon (I named her Crystal). They were (SUPER) friendly. I (KNOW) I will be coming back here again. This message is to those 2 women that treated me nicely. (Thank you so much!!!)”
“Plenty of books and other items (Lego, boardgames, Funko, DnD, etc.) to make it a great place to find gifts for anyone and occasion.
I've never found it easy to locate sections so I found myself walking around the store more than actually looking at the book options. A store map would be extremely helpful.
Prices are a little higher, but nothing higher than what you should expect for a brick-n-mortar location (you know, where real humans can help you)
The staff is always helpful, whether they notice you wandering "lost" or if you walk up to them and ask for help.
Five stars if the store had some map/directory posted and if the used book section (which is quite extensive) was organized better (it used to be).”

“Really poor experience with store staff when attempting to make a return for defective item. Will not shop here again.
Edit: Store management was very responsive to resolve issue and will return to give them another chance.”
“Brought our kids here to get their ears pierced for the first time. There was only one employee working at the time, but she was fantastic. She did a great job at managing both the register and us and had a great attitude the whole time. She made the experience great for my kids and engaged with them well. I would highly recommend this location.”
“Wacky, thorough, and always guaranteed to make you marvel at their selection. I went here a lot as a kid for plane and car models, and continue to shop for various specialty items, gifts, and the sheer novelty. I have gotten board games, puzzles, die cast Ferraris, sandpaper, model rocket parts, and much more. Also really enjoy bringing my father-in-law, as he is a model train enthusiast - Hub Hobby is paradise for him.”
