She learned what the bride-to-be liked and disliked and pulled dresses accordingly. Based on her recommendation, my sister found her dress at her first appointment. “I bought a pair of boots at a different store that ended up being the wrong size. I called and asked if this maple grove location would accept the exchange for the proper size. I was told to come in and try on the new boots to make sure everything fit properly. When I got to the store, Jason helped me try on the new boots and make sure everything fit as it should. He then helped me pick out the proper oil and cleaning supplies. Jason was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be shopping here from now on!”

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to take a moment to rave about the phenomenal experience I had at this store—all thanks to the store manager. From the moment I walked in, their energy was infectious. You could tell they genuinely care about both the customers and their team, and it makes all the difference.
Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but they also went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. They anticipated questions before I even asked, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another shopper.
What really stood out was how smoothly the store ran under their leadership. The staff was upbeat, the shelves were immaculate, and the whole vibe was welcoming and warm. You can tell this manager leads by example—there’s a sense of pride and positivity that radiates throughout the store.
Honestly, if every store had a manager like her with her staff, shopping would be a joy everywhere. They’re a gem, and this place is lucky to have them. I’ll definitely be coming back—and telling everyone I know to do the same!”

“Looking for a very specific type of Converse as a gift for my daughter. Everywhere had been sold out, even online, as it was right around the holidays. This store was sold out as well, however the sales person didn't just say sorry and turn away, instead took the time to give me 2 other possible options. I was also shown the shoe laces and accessories (could make the difference between wearing or not wearing them for a teenager). The pair and extra laces I decided on were a success as my daughter even feels she may like these more than the others she had initially picked out!”
“You could find heavily discounted items of popular brands but often the common / popular sizes are out of stock. You can try similar items in store and order the right size / colors you want online, since you can find more on their website.”

“I am so happy with this location, I live out of state and they helped me get my Zoyas ? I usually buy online but the shoes I realllyyyyy wanted were out of stock online and statewide and I could not find any them anywhere. Luckily, they had them at this location, and the very last pair. My mom was able to go pick them up for me. I love clarks heels I have been wearing them for years, I have so many pairs and I tell all my coworkers about them! So happy with my new pair.”
“It's amazing how unfriendly other stores employees seem after being in Reebok. The Reebok employees are quick to welcome you into the store and offer their assistance, they didn't have the exact shoe that I was looking for so they offered to order it online and have it shipped to my house at no extra cost. Will definitely be back as they always seem to have amazing deals for items that are much more worth your money than places like Nike or Under Armour. 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up”
