“I stopped by on Sunday because the back driver's side tire on my car was losing air, and I wasn't sure what had caused it. I went inside and explained the situation to the staff. Gabe immediately stepped up and offered to take a look at my tire. He quickly found that a nail had punctured it and explained a few different options for repairing it. He then generously offered to help. We drove over to the Holiday Gas Station, where Gabe walked me through every step of the repair process. He sealed the puncture, checked to make sure the tire was holding air pressure, and ensured it was safe for me to drive. I can't thank Gabe enough for his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to help a complete stranger. Because of his help, I was able to safely make it back to the Twin Cities without worrying about my tire. Thank you to all of the staff for your outstanding customer service, and a special thank you to Gabe for taking the time to help me when I really needed it. Your kindness and generosity did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate everything you did. .”

“I went into the store today to purchase some antifreeze. The gentleman that helped me was Dwight and I must say it was a very delightful experience! We got to talking and it ends up we have some mutual friends and it shows you what a small world it is. He also helped me put the antifreeze in my car for which he didn't have to do. I highly recommend shopping at this store. Everybody working in the store were there were very respectful, friendly, and also very knowledgeable! When I'm traveling anywhere in the country I usually pick O'Reilly for this particular reason. I'm never disappointed when shopping at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Tell him ? sent you!”

“O'Reilly Auto Parts is FAR superior to the other auto parts store in town. S tier customer service, and great products that actually work! The age of the employees does not matter here, because every employee you talk to will have the knowledge to help you with whatever you need. They'll even help you compare prices and order parts for you. They've even offered to help me install parts (I didn't need help, but it's nice for people who do!) 10/10 Highly recommend O'Reilly over the other guys! Thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts for being consistently friendly and reliable!!”
