Not surprisingly, this creates complexity and problems, and every time it does I go to this branch and the staff there patiently and capably help me resolve the issue. I've had lousy luck at other branches so I am so grateful for the dedicated staff at this one!”
“I have thought about opening a CD here because their rates are generally better than other banks so I finely did. Opening CDs led to opening a checking account and that experience has been better than the two other banks I was using. Any time I have had an issue, the branch is more than willing to help fix the issue. I highly recommend going to a branch over the call center.
This specific branch has been great and working with Oksana and Eric Brine have been a pleasure. I like their app much better than chase and the other bank I left. There is even a pin for quick access to the app that makes it a breeze to check your balance. Now I am trying to recruit friends for their $50 promo.”

New service offerings include online transfers from account to account which TCF did not allow for small business customers, free signature/DBA stamps to help expedite the deposit process, and consistent communication about ways to get more including money market accounts and CD options.”
