“I have thought about opening a CD here because their rates are generally better than other banks so I finely did. Opening CDs led to opening a checking account and that experience has been better than the two other banks I was using. Any time I have had an issue, the branch is more than willing to help fix the issue. I highly recommend going to a branch over the call center.
This specific branch has been great and working with Oksana and Eric Brine have been a pleasure. I like their app much better than chase and the other bank I left. There is even a pin for quick access to the app that makes it a breeze to check your balance. Now I am trying to recruit friends for their $50 promo.”

Armando deftly helped me navigate the financing process, which has been difficult and frustrating when working with dealerships for me in the past. I’ve banked with Affinity for over 10 years and greatly appreciate their customer service- very personalized care and I would recommend them to anyone. I also wish LEXI nothing but the BEST in her new position and I know her new coworkers will be glad to have on board. “Staff is very nice and the customer service is very good there. People are always willing to help you with any questions. However, when it comes to your promotions for new customers, there needs to be more clarity as to what you need to do to qualify. Example- Like the $300 bonus incentive for direct deposit of $500 or more within 90 days of opening an account. I think that's what it was Just need more clarity. Otherwise, pretty decent bank!!”
“This branch has always been my favorite location. I find the bankers all very friendly, professional and helpful. I banked with them nearly 20 years. Today I went in to do an international business wire transfer and Tran helped me. She got the job done with excellence. Thank you so much for always delivering excellent customer service at this location. Other locations have told me they are too busy and I need an appointment…but not USBANK in Byerlies Roseville.
