“I was at the store last week and saw the best deals on bras and undies only to have their placements of them so high up. I was cranky from all the shopping I had to do for graduation and had told the worker with black hair, I think her name was Ivena (almost complaining, if you see this I am sorry) about the day I had and how I did not like how the store was laid out. Instead of clapping back, she thanked me for the feedback and took care of me throughout my time, She gave me a fitting room, checked on me, and I felt comfortable enough to ask for her opinion!!!!!! This is what a plus size store should feel like! With the amount of hunting I have to do for a girl like me to find a perfect size, this store helped me and made me feel at ease despite the stress I was having. This was such a beautiful experience with Ivena, she understood the struggles of finding clothes, bras and undies that fit and how some stores can make you feel less than because of it! I RECOMMEND COMMING TO THIS LOCATION RATHER THAN THE MOA!!!”
“Friendly and accommodating staff in the Rosedale Center location. Bought some Parker Monogram mugs and I asked if they have individual boxes to put them in but there was none. A female staff on the floor told me I shouldn’t worry because they have good packing paper for them. Elle at the cash register then individually wrapped, taped and put them in separate small bags. What patience and superb customer service! I love it!”
“Great service and the sales associate was so nice! I went only for 1 bra but ended up buying 3! I was expecting to only find a bra that was comfortable enough to get out of the one I was in, but I found great bras that were comfortable and ones that were cute for when I want to wear cute outfits! Definitely will come here for future pieces!”
“I had an issue with a pair of shoes I purchased in FL and di not have my receipt upon my return home. I found out that most Vans stores history is not linked and they can not look it up for me, HOWEVER, Tyler and Dominic at Vans - Rosedale Center were willing to take care of me anyway. IN fact, they were so helpful in getting that pair exchanged, I ended up buying 4 more pairs. It was a great experience and I can't wait to work with them again. Thank you guys.”

“I can’t tell you how highly I recommend Mainstream Boutique! I always find things that are so cute, age appropriate and on trend. I spent time this afternoon with Diane. She was fabulous to work with- she spent time helping me- really helping me. She showed me so many great outfits and how they would go together. She was honest about what looked good and more importantly what didn’t. She was so caring and helpful! I have trouble with going to the mall and not receiving any help! This store is my go to place to shop. I will be back! ! Highly recommend!!”

“Me and my wife were hunting for Macy's specifically, when we were in the MN downtown and decided to drive to here for its proximity. I must admit that this was one of the biggest Macy's stores that I've been to; the other two being the one at Ridgedale and the one that was in MN downtown which got closed.Finding this place on map wasn't a big deal and the parking place was quite spacious. We stopped here for a quick shopping as I had a malfunction with my cloth that I couldn't continue using it and we had a birthday party to attend to.The shop was wide open with choices of dresses in various sections and I quickly found what I needed, bought it, wore it and got me scanned on the POS counter.I rate this place 4 star for the abundant variety of dresses that they have and the hassle free checkout experience they create for their customers. I rate this place one star less for the typical pricey price of Macy's and the not-so-clean dress change rooms that they have. They could have someone have the change rooms regularly checked and cleaned up.”
“I had got sized for a new bra over the weekend, and after wearing the bra's they were really uncomfortable, So I called the store and with no hesitation I was told to bring the bra's back in, well I did yesterday, and I wanted to express how helpful Megan was she had about 10 minutes left to work but she didn't leave till I was correctly sized right ,and found the perfect bra's!! I wanted to say thank you Megan!!!”

“Love the store itself! Clean, organized, great styles. I found super cute clothes on sale for cheap. The cashier I worked with wasn’t super friendly—there was a vest I wanted to buy didn’t have a tag, so she basically said I couldn’t purchase it since there’s no tag and no duplicate item for her to create a tag out of.
The other store associate took initiative to find the item for a price confirmation, and she did. So thank you to the kind associate who went out of her way to help. She even thanked you and told me to have a nice day, even though she wasn’t the one to check me out.”

“I went to J. Jill looking for some new work clothes and Jeanine was incredibly helpful. She recommended different styles and helped me find pieces that were practical and versatile, but was never pushy or pressured me into buying anything that I wasn’t completely happy with. She encouraged me to try some things on that I wouldn’t have otherwise considered and I’m so glad I did! She has a great eye and the service I received from her and the other friendly, attentive associates that evening was top notch. Thanks again for making my shopping trip easy! I’ll be back.”

“i visit this store pretty much every time i go to rosedale mall. i usually stay on the aerie side because i love the loungewear and the bras, and i bought a swimsuit this summer and i am obsessed with it. i don’t shop much on the american eagle side because i feel like their target audience is high schoolers but their jeans are the only jeans i wear anymore. i appreciate that they carry short sizes in store because i’m 5’1 and always need petites and i hate having to order online without knowing if it’ll fit me right. i also feel like the aerie side is usually a bit more calm than the ae side. it’s almost like an immediate difference between the two sides as soon as you cross the door. ae the fitting rooms are always busy and it can be difficult to find an employee to help you but the aerie side there is always someone readily available to help with whatever you need.”
“We found a new dress shirt for my boyfriend. It's important to try them on! I wish we had found a collar extender there. Staff is much more interested in re-stocking shelves than helping customers.”

“Wonderful store! I came here to shop for my senior pictures and loved it. The staff are beyond friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They have a wide variety of clothing that is high quality. The selection of dresses and skirts are great, as well as the jewelry. The clothes I bought are super comfortable and fit well. Additionally, the whole store has a unique, beautiful aesthetic that makes it a fun place to shop. It’s also very clean, and the fitting rooms are very comfortable! Definitely going back.”
