“I stopped in without an appointment to see if I could get a new phone and was informed by the store rep, Dylan Treakle, that he was the only employee in the store that evening, and it would be roughly an hour before he could help me as there were two other people ahead of me. The two other customers had larger, time consuming issues and I watched as Dylan worked like crazy to juggle multiple calls to support at the same time along with trying to help me get a new phone. I felt really bad because I could see that he had an untouched Jimmy Johns on his desk that he wouldn't be eating until after close. Dylan was professional, calm and took personal responsibility for the delay when it was clear he really didn't need to.”
“Great experience here on the morning March 21st. I forgot to get their names but I was greeted when I walked in by an employee who immediately took down my info to get me in the queue and shortly after another employee was able to resolve my issue in a timely manner. All three of the employees were super friendly to other customers as I was waiting as well.”
