“Just had some minor bumper damage fixed at Fairway and my experience was amazing. It was done faster than expected and once again they did a full detail of my car before I picked it up. This is my third time using Fairway and as long as they’re there, I’ll never use anybody else.”
“My wife and I just bought a HRV Honda here. We worked with Hannah and generally had a good experience with her. She is very likable and nice from the get go. Very easy and pleasant to work with. She did not push the grossly overpriced addons that many salespeople do. She did not ask about how we planned to pay for the vehicle until the very end. Thus we found her to be very ethical in her approach. One criticism is that we felt pressure to take the car home on the second day we were with her. I realize why they are trained to do this, but it was just 2 days before were were leaving town. Thee was no way to get the money together that quickly to actually pay for the vehicle. We would have been happy to have just put a deposit down to hold the SUV. We gave then a check and they said that they would hold it until we gave them the go ahead to cash it. We liked the nice approach that the finance person had, but he and his department strewed up majorly twice. Instead of holding our check as he had agreed there was an attempt twice to deposit the check that bounced incurring bank charges! Once we informed them of their mistake, It also froze our debit card that we were going to use on our trip. These mistakes should never have been made. One other issue is Hannah's manager, whose general approach was fake and not genuine, congratulates us upon buying the HRV, until I abruptly informed her that we had not yet bought it. Some concessions were made to make up for the adverse consequences their missteps had engendered. One last criticism is that we never received an email asking us to rate them and comment on how it went. When buying a new car that is standard practice. I suspect that a survey was not sent out since they knew we were dissatisfied. All in all we love the vehicle and we think Hannah's likeability and soft sell approach was wonderful. The dealership is very fortunate to have her in their sales force.”

“On the day we went in to get our tires installed they were short handed and behind schedule. We had 2 vehicles done and were there 5 hours. We had purchased a wrong set and had to return them, and the manager didn't care much at all, and didn't do anything about it. At this moment you may wonder why I rated so high. That's because of Heather. She was extremely insightful and got the return solved, and throughout the time she was amazing with my kid.”
