“My experience with Xfinity in Roseville has always been really quick. The store is not only clean but the staff is also professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and lets me know approximately the time wait. People come in expect to get in and out within 5 minutes unfortunately it doesn't happen that easy. Some customers take more time than others and that's what other customers fail to realize. Patience is a virtue and respecting everyone will get you a long ways.”
“I recently visited the Xfinity store in Pheasant Ridge to return an old modem after upgrading my service, and once again, I had a very positive experience.
The store was impeccably clean and well organized. I arrived during the peak lunch hour, so it was understandably busy, but the staff kept everything moving efficiently. Even with several customers waiting, the service was quick, organized, and professional. Every employee I interacted with was extremely polite, and it was clear that the entire team was actively working to help customers rather than allowing the line to stall.
One suggestion that may make the experience even smoother would be to create a designated “fast service” line for simple equipment returns. I noticed that at least three of us were holding the same type of old modem, and those transactions appeared to require only a quick scan and confirmation. A separate line for those simple returns could help both the customers and the staff during especially busy times.
That being said, my return was still handled very quickly, and I left impressed with the level of service. This has become my go-to Xfinity location because it has consistently provided the best service, the cleanest environment, and the most courteous staff. I would absolutely recommend the Pheasant Ridge store.”

She never made me feel rushed and genuinely took the time to troubleshoot the problem and make sure everything was handled correctly. I really appreciate the effort and time she put into helping me. “I had a 5:15 appointment yesterday and I came in contact with Shamur, I asked him a question hey you guys have any phone specials he said yes and he introduced me to $400 off for phone we picked a phone you set me up with a plan then he asked me if I wanted to watch $300 off and because I had the Xfinity internet I'm just saying I was really impressed on his sales skills he wasn't even trying to sell me he was just giving me deals and perks that I was not even aware of being an Xfinity customer I just want to say thank you thank you . One thing he did say when I asked about all the deals and what I can get he did tell me Rob you going to leave like a new man and I did I walked out with a new phone I walked out with a new watch and a great value. Keep up the good work Thank you for taking care of me I will highly recommend Xfinity Highland Park”
