I’ve been living here for six months, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The apartment is spacious, with modern finishes, high ceilings, and lots of natural light. The kitchen is well-equipped.

The building offers great amenities. Amanda is great and always around to help. Tenzin is on site and most issues get resolve same day.

Parking is secure, and I feel safe here with controlled access. Overall, it’s been a great place to live, and I highly recommend it!”

“I have lived at the Stax apartment complex in Long Lake, MN, since they opened in 2023, and my experience has been fantastic. I recently upgraded from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom apartment, and the transition was seamless. The new building management team, Ashley and Grace, have been exceptional throughout my time here. They are incredibly kind and always ready to help. Whether it's a question or an issue, they respond promptly and handle everything swiftly. “I've moved in just 2 months now ago have been meaning to write this review.

- The place is beautiful, clean, and well-kept (I would say all the time)

- The staff and people living here are very friendly

- Very limited parking in the apartment’s outdoor parking lot. Additional outdoor parking that are available is shared with the golf course nearby but within specific hours from evening to morning. There is also an underground parking with ample of parking spaces if needed & the only way to guarantee a parking spot

- The neighborhood is nice and quiet with ample of nearby stores and food trucks! It's also only a 6-10 minute drive to the Maple Grove area where there are Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Costco, REI, Homegoods, etc

First off I just wanted to say that Tyler Heid made the whole process so easy for me to sign with Ironwood Apartments. At the time I lived 40 minutes away and needed to find an apartment around this area fast, so you can imagine how hard it was to find an apartment when you live far + working around the clock + needing all your questions answered on the same day to make a final decision. I had a phenomenal experience with Tyler when touring. Tyler was very prompt & on-time - something I value and appreciate most. He answered all my questions from the beginning to the end of me signing my lease. Tyler did such an awesome job overall that when I toured other apartments nearby, I was left with only wanting to sign a lease with Ironwood Apartments. I can truly say I didn't get the same quality of service as I did when I toured with other apartment complexes. The experience I had with Tyler spoke volumes to me and it was a no brainer to sign with Ironwood Apartments!”

“The Venue is a great place to live. Beautiful quiet apartments & nice amenities. Misty is an awesome property manager, Lee takes care of maintenance with a smile & Santos does a great job of keeping the common areas clean. Monthly events are fun and a good way to meet people. Community room is beautiful and you can’t beat the convenience of Aldi & all the other local businesses within walking distance.”

“I have lived at the Carrick for 6 months and have loved it! Christian Carlson, the property manager, is extremely helpful and efficient. He always responds to my emails in a timely matter. In addition, maintenance has completed our requests timely. Also, the property is extremely nice and good amenities. There are a few restaurants and coffee shops a 30 second walk away. Also, the regional trail is close by and you can walk to downtown Excelsior in 30 minutes. Overall, a great experience living here.”

“We moved to the Mist about 6 months ago after leaving our lifetime hometown, 300 miles away. Our children & grandchildren live in Mound & it was time to be closer to watch our grandchildren grow up. We looked at more than 10 condo, townhouse, apartment settings & nothing compared to The Mist. The quality of the building, appliances, , decor , underground parking , lake view etc was all very impressive. The staff was so helpful from Day 1. Any questions or maintenance issues are taken care of immediately.. The staff of Barbie, Suzan, Tim & Antonio are amazing! Meeting other residents at the gathering in the beautiful Club room made us feel welcome immediately. Our kids & grandkids love coming to visit , especially now when the entire lobby & Club room is decorated like a Christmas wonderland! ?❤️??
We know we made the best choice possible when we chose the Mist as our new home!”

“Beautiful townhomes inside and out. The layout is optimal for abundant natural.light, and the open design gives it an expansive yet cozy feel. With the mature trees and proximity to water, it gives the feel of being in a nature preserve. A lovely place to call home! Sally, from the leasing team, is excellent to work with and very knowledgeable about the area!”

“Me and my husband lived here for almost three years. We just recently moved out after buying our first home. We would highly recommend. Cannot beat the location! We loved being able to take our dog on walks around the ample walking paths right outside our door. It is surrounded by all the grocery stores one would need along with being surrounded by amazing food! Park Tavern, Wok in the Park, Mexican City Cafe, Britos Burrito, Ariana Kabob & Gyro, and Angel Food were among our favorites and all were within walking distance or a short few minute drive. Our place was just what we needed. Having a garage is so nice that many apartments in the area don't provide. Overall such a great experience and would highly recommend this complex to anyone!”

They do an outstanding job in keeping up the property, and their recent painting of the hallways in the building is absolutely phenomenal. The transformation is incredible, and the hallways now look so good.

I would like to add to my review of Town Terrace's Property Management. I just want to take a moment to compliment Laura, who is truly amazing. She has been phenomenal in addressing any issues we have had. Recently, we had a problem with some very disgusting fruit flies, and this was the second time I brought it to her attention. Laura immediately took action and resolved the problem promptly. Her responsiveness is commendable, and it is through actions like these that relationships are built and residents feel they can trust and call this place home. Laura's dedication adds value to the property.

I have never had any issues with Laura. I think she is amazing. She is not only respectful, but she also treats residents with respect. Her commitment to doing her best speaks volumes about her character. She genuinely cares about the residents and makes us feel valued and heard when we bring matters to her attention.

From the moment I started the application process, Daniel made everything so easy to navigate. He was incredibly helpful, guiding me through every step and always keeping me updated. One of the great perks is that the staff speaks both English and Spanish, which can be a huge plus for many people!

If you're considering a move, I highly recommend giving Reserve Eden Prairie a try. The only minor downside I’ve noticed is that my mobile internet can be spotty at times, but with good WiFi, it hasn’t been a problem at all.”

“This place was awesome lived there for two years got more than a fair price. Fishing, swimming, bike path right out the back can’t beat it. Walking out for work in the morning at the lake side exit with a beautiful sunrise every time. Good restaurants a bike distance away. Fridge went out once and I had a replacement the same day. Got my whole deposit back besides 100$ since I didnt have the carpet cleaned which I was told to. Landlord was always quick to respond. Would highly recommend everyone to try life out on the lake, how can you complain about that..”

“I feel a need to tell of my experiences at the Creek Point apts. It’s not just how close it is to Walgreens where I get all my prescriptions and convenience items. It’s not just how close it is to Cub food, Aldys, Panero bread, dollar tree, and the Knollwood mall all within 5 blocks. It’s not that the building stays quiet and the tenants are all very nice and that maintenance has signs posted regarding masks and distancing. You can add all those up and that would be enough to make a person want to renew there lease year after year. However the main reason I want to stay is because the property is managed by Wendy who is much more then a building Mgr she’s a Conciere which I have not seen in all my experiences in the 25 years living In the twin Cities especially in this uncertain time we are all living in. I’m happy to have her here and I’m sure everyone else has the same feelings I hope all stay safe.”
