“Needed to get my boots repaired for work per my manager before I could continue working due to company policy as my BOA lace assembly had broken the cable. The staff initially requested a full day which I didn’t have. They understood and said give them a chance to look and if they can they’ll try to have it done in an hour (this can depend on how busy is the store and also I learned it’s because some boots are so full of debris that it can take a while to clean them before they can get the new wires installed. Fortunately mine were clean though overall and within about 20 minutes it was fixed! Thanks for not trying to force me to leave the boots as I couldn’t do that and for ultimately trying to take care of the customer and providing top notch service! Absolutely recommend not only their products but their customer service as well!”
“I'm truly amazed how they took my 4 year old worn and broken black dress shoes and made them better than new. Then, on top of all that, I don't have to get a new pair that will probably hurt my feet for a month while I break them in be mine. Better result, cost less than a new pair, and is earth friendly (not throwing shoes away). I wish I knew this possibility sooner.”
“I have been dealing with heel pain in my right foot. I read that Vionic shoes offer great support for all kinds of foot condtions. I was greeted by Alan and he was knowledgeable about all the shoes they carry. He brought out a few different shoes that would offer support for my feet and help with the pain. He also suggested Haflinger clogs for at home. I ended up purchasing these and a pair of Vionics. I just love both and the clogs are so comfy and support my feet on the wood floors. Can I just say wow! After one day of wearing these shoes I am doing so much better and the pain is almost gone! I highly recommend this store to anyone dealing with foot pain. A knowledgeable store that knows feet and shoes! Thank you so much and I will be a returning customer!”

Mauran listened to my needs, had me try a few options, and I found a comfortable option at a reasonable price compared to other companies. She also recommended a brand of sneakers that are better for my needs. Highly recommend if you have back or knee issues go to Schuler to get recommendations!”
“My experience coming here to get work shoes was good. The only lady working in there named Jennifer was very helpful. She managed having multiple customers to help at once as best she could. She did a good job. I don't like when stores only have one person working because it is a safety hazard. She helped me find what I needed and order it.”

“I came into the vans store 10/9 around 2:15 pm the other day looking for a fashionable pair of shoes, I had a lovely sales associate with fiery hair and stellar eyeliner help me out to actually purchase my shoe online! Not only was the shoe on sale in store but she also pointed out that the website was offering an additional 20% off! She gave astonishing customer service and insisted I found the most comfortable size for me before purchasing! she made me feel very confident in my purchase and I left the store very satisfied and happy! “Friendly and accommodating staff in the Rosedale Center location. Bought some Parker Monogram mugs and I asked if they have individual boxes to put them in but there was none. A female staff on the floor told me I shouldn’t worry because they have good packing paper for them. Elle at the cash register then individually wrapped, taped and put them in separate small bags. What patience and superb customer service! I love it!”

He was very quick and brought out multiple sizes for me to try on without me even having to ask. The checkout process was smooth, a very young fellow named izu and i had a wonderful conversation. “Finally found a pair of shoes to replace my old discontinued Bostonian's, nay, I would say an upgrade. Love my new shoes, feel great, look grate and holding up well after 2 months! “THANK FOR A GREAT PRODUCT AND FOR BEING A GREAT COMPANY.I have owned and given as gifts many items from this company. My husband loves his moosehide slippers and was in need of a new pair. This on December 3rd I purchased him a new pair for Christmas, they were delivered on the 8th, but taken before I got home!!! I was devistated...I am retired and on a fixed income. This was really gonna hurt. I wrote the company an email and explained my delimma. To my surprise they refunded my account and I was able to order him another. How impressive is that. He will be soooo happy to get his new slippers. We are lifetime customers FOR SURE.”

“This is a great store to buy workout clothing. They have a really nice section for golfers as well. The shoe section is plentiful and always well stocked with various sizes. They have a great kids section. The prices are much cheaper than in a regular under Armour store. The store is always well stocked and the staff is very helpful. they offer a 10% first responder discount.”

“I had an issue with a pair of shoes I purchased in FL and di not have my receipt upon my return home. I found out that most Vans stores history is not linked and they can not look it up for me, HOWEVER, Tyler and Dominic at Vans - Rosedale Center were willing to take care of me anyway. IN fact, they were so helpful in getting that pair exchanged, I ended up buying 4 more pairs. It was a great experience and I can't wait to work with them again. Thank you guys.”
