We have a wonderful foster fail of a dog as a new member of our family and we have continued our relationship with Dr Haase as our primary caregiver. She’s so caring and recommended needed services while going over price points. The vet tech Bailey was so kind and remembered our previous fur baby . The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. Birch Lake will always be our choice for pet care.

The flavors were perfectly balanced: sweet, spiced, and smooth. What I really loved is that it felt like a homemade, cozy experience instead of something from a big chain. The café has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and you can tell they care about quality. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their drinks!

Service was very attentive and on-time. In the summer they have flowers everywhere for a nice touch. We sat outside and it was a beautiful day.
