“Love having the option of touch and touchless wash. Sure, doesn't dry the best because cars behind you can push their way up as you pull out, but still a great wash.”
“This Holiday was a good experience, as I have only been to this one one time. I got a chicken sandwich and was a really good option since I was on the go. The parking lot was easy to find a spot and the inside was clean and workers were super polite”

“Wow, why didn't I choose Target CVS sooner??!!! They were fast on my prescription order! I needed it ASAP due to an allergic reaction on my face. I'm so amazed and happy with my experience. No more slow Walgreens and unprofessional staff! CVS Target all the way from now on. Wait time was fast since it was earlier in the day and they even acknowledged that I was there and said someone will be with me shortly. And the staff was quick to jump and help me out. Such a different experience that I'm so appalled. I always go to Walgreens. Hence why I'm so surprised how quick CVS service was. CVS is now my to go prescription pick ups!”

“I started a new job this morning and stopped by this speedway for gas an a snack at 7AM. The store was clean and well lit, and stocked appropriately.The reason I decided to leave a review was the cashier Pat. She was extremely pleasant and made a cold, tension filled morning a little easier. Thank you Pat!”

“Most of the time there are really fast and helpful. However, every so often there is a day like yesterday (11/04/23)I went to pick up a prescription for an ear infection that was called in the day before and they didn't have it said they would have it in a couple days. (No problem, not their fault)After I left, I talked with a friend and they recommended I call and ask if the CVS pharmacy could check others in the area and so I did, going through the phone menu and being put on hold to wait until I can talk to a person. I remained on hold for over an hour and then gave up.Later I got a hold of a PA at the urgent care that prescribed the med and they agreed to change it to one that was more common and they said they contact me in an hour or so. After a couple hours I checked the CVS app and saw the med was still listed as the original, and attempted to call the pharmacy to ask if they had gotten the request to change it. I was on hold for 40 minutes. I then noticed an email from the provider that said they wee having a hard time getting a hold of a person at the pharmacy to make sure the next prescription would be something they had in stock.So, to recount I was on hold for a total over almost two hours without being able to reach a live person and a provider was also unable to get ahold of a live person.I understand sometimes things are super busy and the workers are slammed, but there should be some method of letting people know that you won't be able to talk on the phone instead of just leaving them on hold.”

“I went into the speedway with my son. The woman working was completely overwhelmed. She was scrambling, she was the only one there. She did an amazing job, but I worry about how burned out she is. You really should offer her a raise or hire some more people. Impressive work lovely lady, cringe at corporate for using this poor gall ragged.”

“2/24/23. Walgreens in Woodbury Tennessee !!!!! I Went in to pick up some prescriptions and had 2 more filled and within 7- 10 minutes I was on my way out the door !!!!! I go here all the time and I’m happy with the pharmacy and store service !!!!! Awesome and friendly staff !!!!! I’ve read some of the comments and everybody has a off day just like you and I do !!!!! I’ve got over 20yrs in retail and another 20 or more in factory so ease up and remember they are only human just like you and me. I’m not making excuses for anyone but retail and restaurant and any other job that deal with the public is more stressful than any factory job where you only deal with a boss who can be a pain where retail you have to deal with a boss that can be a pain sometimes and the public that can be that way to !!!!! “Severely understaffed especially with the pharmacist and tech shortage due to this they're behind on scripts to fill and not enough time/people to do it. Vaccine season has only applied more pressure, please be kind and wait the wait time, there isn't a wait time just because they want to tell you there's one. You can tell they're doing their absolute best.”
