“Wonderfully priced gas. It’s always busy when I’m there (but not packed, just busy). Staff there are friendly and willing to help. Lots to purchase in the store. There’s a Hunt Brothers Pizza inside that was open. There’s also a small salad bar but it was closed when I went inside today (Sunday around 3pm). There’s a tap to pay and a place to insert your card at the pumps and inside.”
“This is not a Spur gas station. This is actually a Circle K. They do have gas though . Conveniently located easy to get in and out of, the bathrooms were clean when I visited.
Plenty of snacks, coffee, soft drinks…..

“This place was great. My wife was injured while we were on vacation and spent 3 days in the hospital, she was released with several prescriptions. This pharmacy was able to fill those prescriptions quickly. They answered questions about the prescriptions and insurance coverage .Very friendly and knowledgeable.”
“This place usually has the best price for diesel. Even though they have limited diesel pumps, the wait usually is not bad. Especially when it's usually a lower price than other places close by. They also carry DEF by the pumps without having to go inside to purchase separately.”

“Gas station is under new management. Nice folks. Brought in more brands of snacks and drinks. I’ve noticed they don’t offer deals on energy drinks like before, but still offer a good selection. Public restroom available and is always cleaned.”
“I would put 5 stars the people and goods are great. But if you buy a vape here make sure you get the most expensive one if you go for a cheap one it stops working like right away I went there n got an old Hyde, black juice and burnt coil, I called back n went back to replace it I got it replaced with a different bran's Mr fog, it worked great then I got down the road and it quit on me I was too frustrated to go back a 3rd time to get it replaced again, but yeah 4 stars because the people are kind and respectful and easy to get along with.”

“I JUST WANTED A COKE ZERO AND DRINK IT IN PEACE in the DESIGNATED 15 MINUTE CUSTOMER PARKING.
Saturday 10/11/24 I purchased a drink and snack, parked in the designated 15 minute customer parking space not bothering anyone and took a SIP of my drink. An ARMED SECURITY GUARD approached my vehicle insisting I leave. I DID NOTHING WRONG, just trying to chill. I had choice words because he threatened to have me tresspassed and arrested. Since I wasn't allowed that courtesy, I returned inside to ask for my money back and it was at that time a classic "rent a cop" was following me inside,telling me I was trespassing and was now BANNED from returning. Well, I sought out POLICE. I just wanted to drink my drink and go along my way and rightfully took offense. There was NO NEED for this unnesasary treatment.
I left and sought out a Biloxi Police officer and spoke with them about it. The message is that it is private property and the management there authorized ARMED SECURITY to behave that way and was kind enough to direct me to a number of alternative businesses where I could enjoy my delicious beverage.
I suggest avoiding this place. Complaints of poor customer treatment and rude management are common. I wasn't looking for trouble, didn't want any trouble, but I sure got plenty of it. All over trying to drink the drink I bought there in the designated space provided. There are plenty of gas stations, snacks and drinks nearby. I'll not EVER be back and I'm sure they don't care.”
“Good store but they need easy close to roads advertising cuz even Google couldn't help me find you guys when I was trying to help a distrout woman who ran outta gas on that pier by the palace casino and no one would help this poor woman cuz she looked a lil rough shame on their staffing security and their PR the palace is one casino down there that will never see my business again. But Anthony's when I did find it was a good store ???”

“I've read the reviews and wondered if this was the same store, the store I went in was one of the most pleasant places I've been to. I go out of my way to go to this store because of the service I receive. One worker was coming in and had her arms full but yet she waited on me to come in while she held the door open for me, and the cashier, Gloria, asked me right off how my day was and asked me to put my phone number in to receive extra discount, she had a friendly smile, and I had to go back in and ask her name because I never want to forget the kindness she expressed, I wish all places could be this way! Thank you Shell , the world needs places like this in our lives.”

“They had my phone for a week. I wonder why no one picked up the phone when we called it. If you find a phone andthe phone rings you tell that person on the phone that you have a lost phone and then the owners can find it quickly. That makes sense to me. I mean you go to one that says Mom's phone number then you dial it, and when they answer, you tell them the phone you are calling on is a lost phone and where it's located at. Like the Clark's gas station. I don't understand that concept if you find a lost phone pick it up and tell the person calling that this phone was found and where it's at so the owners can come get it but it doesn't seem to work out that way it seems to me that they turn it off and put it in the drawer. We must have called that phone a thousand times at night. That phone was in the Clark's gas station all night and it was ringing but someone turned it off and didn't care. But they didn't throw it out and they had it for a week later. So I got my phone back.”

“I have watched this store go from it's worst to the best I've ever seen it. The staff are very helpful. Ever since it's been under new management the parking lots aren't full of homeless people begging for change and the store is clean. I love going in this store. The manager always preorders my cigarettes.”

“You could always find this Shell station very busy as it sits across from two of the largest casinos in Biloxi. Prices at the pump normally are about the same as they are elsewhere in the immediate area. Inside you'll find the normal convenience store fair at comparable prices to other locations of the same type. Staff is always friendly and service is normally pretty quick except when they are packed. Not a lot of space to navigate around the gas pumps so you have to be careful in that regard watching for traffic coming from different directions. Not a lot of local traffic as it seems most that stop here are from out of town... Either coming or going from the casinos. If you search you can find cheaper prices, but you are paying for the convenience of it being right there if you're just cruising the coast or visiting the casinos along the beach. I would recommend this place if you need some place convenience and don't want to look around for better prices for gas.”

“Came here a few nights ago on my way to FL in my rental car. I must've been super tired because when I woke up I was staring at the sign in the window and it said Biloxi MS. I could've sworn I was still in Weezy. This place from my recollection isn't set up for truckers, but if you're in a car it's a safe place to park. I had zero issues when I pulled in the other night.
So this place is safe to sleep for the night if you have to get some sleep in. Lord knows I did.”
