We brought our old, grumpy dog to get groomer at petsense in Brookhaven by Haylea Anna, she was very slow, calm, and caring with our Boo baby, she was very professional in a hectic situation, and did an outstanding job on the dog, even when he tried to bite her. She Called when she had questions and updates, and even gave our dog some breaks when needed. We highly recommend her if you have a dog that HATES grooming!

When I was working in Brookhaven at the Toyota dealership driving from MCcomb I would bring my Long Haired German Shepherd there every morning and get him after work and he loved that place. He was so excited to leave in the morning and would get so excited when we pulled in. When we got home he would eat and lay down and sleep. And the cost was beyond reasonable. I've called the places in McComb and I don't know how anyone could afford it, it's ridiculous and I bet they don't do nearly as much as those ladies in Brookhaven would do with them. I can't say enough good things about that place. There should be a special couple extra stars for the really good places like this one.

We are so happy to be back at The Dog House! They are always so sweet and attentive and accommodating! My shitzus seem to behave better for them than anywhere else! We’ve been to other groomers when they’re super booked but always make it back to them. 10/10 every time!

I am so grateful for this place. My dog got out and was hit by a car while I was out of town. Someone graciously picked him up and took him to animal health center where the vet was able to save his life. Everyone there was very nice and loving to my dog and after being denied for care credit
They were still able to help me.

Dr. Watson is an amazing vet, but recently we had an emergency. Dr. Case was so caring and understanding. 9pm at night my Gretal got ill. Called up and he was there before us waiting. Ended up having Pancreatitis. She is well now after the amazing care by Dr. Case.

Dr Watson is such a wonderful vet. Such caring and compassion is hard to find these days. We had to euthanize my parents old dog for medical reasons. Even though she was a big girl, they didn't take her into the back to start an IV because we only had a few minutes left with her, instead they came to her and gave her a shot to help her relax so she wouldn't be afraid. I was able to sit on the floor and gather her in my lap for the procedure. Dr Bob had tears in his eyes, as I cried and she crossed the rainbow bridge. Dr Bob stayed with me for 10 minutes after she passed and reassured me she felt no pain during the procedure. I also use Dr Bob for all 6 of my animals and no one has come close to his compassion. We LOVE DR BOB!
