BUT I thought they are willing to work my pup in so I have it a shot and GLAD I did. Tasha was wonderful, all her staff were friendly and seemed happy to be at work. The lady who checked me out was so nice in the hotel area. It was great to see a group so happy and at tentative to customers. My dog looked amazing! (This was I 55 location)

I want to ask the next time I’m in how many years I have been taking my dogs and cats to Dr. Burns and prior to that Dr. Sullivan at the same clinic. It’s been about 30 years. Doesn’t look like I’m going to change. I did consider a man Vet for my big dog, Sally, awhile back but couldn’t make myself change. This crazy dog loves men, an uncle, nephew, delivery guys from Home Depot, you name it. My small dogs, especially Jack, can’t wait to get in and out of my car to see Dr. Burns and staff and in a rush to get to the back, swinging his head back and forth like a toddler does when they bust your lip. They are all wonderful at this clinic, prices very reasonable and they get my animals well. I love these people!

We recently adopted a vulnerable shelter animal and the entire staff here bent over backwards to immediately jump in (and we were new clients with an unexpected urgent need). From the compassionate front desk staff (thank you Brandi and Savannah), to the lovely groomer to the incredible vet … I was humbled by the care and professionalism of everyone. Our new pet is thriving, in no small part because of the love shown him in an emergency. We will be clients from now on.

I love that she has exotic experience and it gives my baby somewhere to go for health check ups! They were a bit busy with emergency calls the day I went in but were apologetic and dint make us feel any less important. We will definitely be back! My dog started off acting like a wild animal before she went to Blue Ribbon Kennel, she was jumping on people, biting , and would take off running and not come back to me. It was so hard to work with her before she went to Blue Ribbon Kennel. After going through Blue Ribbon Kennel my dog had become a real good dog. She doesn’t jump on anyone, she doesn’t bite, and when she is off her leash she comes back to me when I call on her. I can’t believe the big change this dog had when though. This dog is a great dog now. If anyone needs their dog trained I highly recommend Blue Ribbon Kennel to train your dog. You will see a big difference in your dog if you try them out. I give them a ? for training!!!
