1998 US 49, FlorenceI wish I had gotten the name of the girl that helped us today because she absolutely deserves positive recognition. The store seemed packed with customers, even though it was near closing time. Apparently, there was a 2nd employee at some point that became sick & had to leave, which left this sweet girl there to juggle everything from the front to the back of the store (and literally everything in between!) and never once did she have a bad attitude or make anyone feel unimportant. None of us minded having to wait a bit longer in line simply because she remained attentive and was kind at all times. She absolutely represented this company in a positive way and it was certainly appreciated by the customers.

They also showed us great care and compassion and explained everything thoroughly. I will return with my other pets, as well, and highly recommend them to anyone seeking veterinary care.

3345 US 49, FlorenceWe are so thankful for Florence Animal Clinic! We were visiting from out of town when one of our dogs got sick on Christmas Eve. Dr. Dye and her staff were able to get us seen quickly and were extremely accommodating, even though we were new clients and it was Christmas Eve. Not only did they help us right away, but they are also very reasonably priced. I cannot recommend them enough!

From grooming to boarding and all things in between she is the best! Recently I moved 3 hours away and I must say that the drive is longer than I would like but the care is what I love! Thank you Tiffany Rooker for always taking care of Smoke?
