I returned to the store next day and showed receipt to the young manager on duty, and he said nothing could be done about the overcharge other than write to corporate. I then got an email from Petsmart asking me to rate the store. Of course, I expressed my dismay. Well, I was very pleasantly surprised when the chief store manage, Nathan, took time to personally call me and correct the mistake and also explained why the overcharge had occurred.

I ordered the birthday cake ice cream bowl, which was absolutely delicious. This bowl came with a cupcake and sprinkles. This place is perfect for A date night or a fun activity with the kiddos. The staff was very nice, but they could potentially use additional help during peak business hours. If I'm ever in the area again, I would definitely visit again.
