Of course, I panicked. I called the home Banfield, which is in Gulfport, Mississippi; but that was 4 hours away. I found that there was a Banfield in Flowood. I called them and they told me they were busy but to come, and they would get us in if I was willing to wait. They got me in a lot quicker than I thought and they were so kind to me and my yorkie!! Thankfully, the condition was easily treated! Me & Sir Apollo are on our way home! A special, thank you to Ms Faith, Ms Melina and Dr. Gibbs! From the initial phone call (Faith) to the nurse that got all the information information in the room(Melina) and ultimately to Apollo seeing Dr. Gibbs, YOU ARE ALL AMAZING!! It's obvious that you love what you do and I as a for a furry parent, I am grateful to you! Thank you SO MUCH Flowood Banfield! YOU ROCK!!

620 Grants Ferry Road, FlowoodI had an extremely positive experience. My regular vet was booked for a possible surgery for my cat for at least 5 days. I wasn’t sure exactly what was wrong with her because she couldn’t walk on one foot and had a bad spot on it that was bleeding. I thought maybe an abscess. I called this vet and didn’t even have anything about her in their system and they literally worked me in that day and the entire thing was done by noon.
My cat had a cut down her entire paw pad and needed stitches and has to wear a cone while recovering, but I didn’t have to wait and worry she was going to get an infection or something worse. They answered many questions everyone was extremely patient and friendly including the Doctor who called me and updated me every step of the way. They were a life savor during a very stressful period.

She has such a sweet staff that take such good care of your fur babies as soon as you walk through the door. I get appointment reminders in the mail with reminders about his canine wellness exam, fecal examination, heart worm test and his medication refills! They are helping my sweet dachshund stay healthy and live a longer, happier life.

The only downfall is by the time that I got back to the hotel, they were closed and my order was incomplete. Very Disappointed. Otherwise, very good food. Word of mouth brings customers like us in to try this establishment for the first time.
Bob and his assistant were excellent in presenting and preparing our meals.
We had the Italian sandwich and chicken bacon ranch wrap along with two half farmhouse salads.
The food was perfect and the portions left us taking home half of our sandwich and wrap!
We will be returning to Potbelly, not just for the quality of the food and great service, take some time to listen to the music being played. The music made the whole ambiance of this nice diner!
