“This place is amazing I know the owner personally he’s a nice guy and honest person me and my wife brought her 2012 jeep patriot there somebody backed into it in a Kroger parking lot in Memphis when we got the jeep back you could even tell that it had damage the shop is a one excellent in my book I will always take My stuff to Omni auto body and homer is a nice guy and very honest pricing and everything’s upfront the day we had to pick the jeep up. While waiting I researched the company and was totally alarmed by the number of negative complaints and the rating given by the BBB. I was totally surprised and glad when the driver, Jermayne, called saying he was on his way. He was very pleasant, professional and even offered suggestions for a tire replacement. “The customer service provided from the moment I arrived at Joe Hudson’s Collision Center (formerly Millennium) was EXEMPLARY!!
I was immediately greeted by Sam & Jimmy and their energies assured me that my TWO WEEK OLD, straight from Gunma Japan “baby girl” would be in great hands.
What I wasn’t prepared for was the voice message from Jimmy approximately 30 hrs later that “baby girl” was ready for pick-up!
Earlier that morning I received a text stating that she would be ready in 21 days (Sam & Jimmy advised from the beginning that unless the text(s) came from one of them that it was just a standard text & to take with a grain of salt) so of course I was very skeptical.
My god-daughter (a former Air Force aviator) who had never seen the damages (deep scrapes to the passenger side - rear corner bumper) caused by an unknown source couldn’t tell where the damages were; the color match and the repair itself were seamless! Exactly as it did when I took ownership from the dealership!
Please trust this review, I am an extreme NOCD (neurotic OCD) person and I would have seen the most obscure irregularity in the quality of work, as well as picked up on any insincere energies from the staff.
Only TIME will reveal if my complete trust and satisfaction is warranted, however for now I definitely recommend Joe Hudson’s Collision Center for your auto body needs!”
