“I thought it was a restaurant. I don't get to go in he closed early that day. I even called before hand to make sure he was open on Mondays. I was never told he was closing early that day”
“This is the nicest DG I have ever been in. It was clean, organized and the aisles were junk-free. Well stocked chips, candy and sodas! Dorothy, the manager, was busy stocking shelves but asked me if I needed any help. She was super-friendly and indeed helpful when I couldn’t find a certain flavor of pretzels. I could tell this place has their regulars because she knew everyone and made sure to say hello! I’m making this “my” Dollar General!”
“Was a few people in line but it moved pretty fast. I needed to go get a sympathy card for my neighbor that mom passed at 85. I wasn't sure they had cards but they had plenty of birthday, thank you & loss cards.religious & non religious.”
“Ever since the new manager has gotten here it has always been top notch! She has all the shelves stocked perfectly and everyone she's hired has great costumer service.”
“The people are real nice their prices are are okay their gas prices are just about what everybody else's is there real nice people I would tell anybody to go in there and check them out”
“My family and I found Froogles by accident. We always shopped for drinks at Winn Dixie. We wanted to find a store close to Gaston Point. Driving all the way to Walmart, or going to different towns cost us so much gas. So one day we were coming from Winn Dixie and saw Froogles. I said, "I must be blind, because I never noticed the store!" So I went in; and the rest is history. The selections were neat and fresh! A man named Donny always took my meat orders. I ordered meat by the case. This was before covic! The prices were just in our budget. I even found out about other Froogles stores. The store in Bay Saint Louis has kind staff! The one in Gulfport was larger, but the Long Beach location was my favorite Froogles store. The staff is "ALWAYS" kind, professional, and very helpful! My son has autism, and the ladies would always help him when he shopped there. There were two ladies that always ask about him. One had dark hair, and the other lady had blonde hair. My son loves these two ladies. It has been about four years since I lived in Gulfport. I have to visit there soon. Maybe those ladies are still there. Thank you for your kindness!”
