“The window was repaired at my job. The repair man communicated with me via text and phone call the day of and was able to come early which was great. Once he was on his way to repair my car window, I was able to track his arrival.
I could not find a way to call and talk to anyone at the local Safelite, however, it was easy through the website to chat via text with a real person. Which is how I found out I could take my car to the local Safelite and they would put a protective covering over my window until it could be fixed, which was about a week later.”
