“Wow! Often times big stores drop the ball when it comes to customer service. Granted I know at one point Walmart was small and is local to our community! Today Anthony who is one of the mechanics blew me away, so much so that I got back out of my car to shake his hand and thank him for the care he took with my car.
Granted I didn’t need anything major, a simple patch to my tire. I’ve gone to other local and well established places in the past and when they were done they just threw the spare back in my car. Not Anthony, he took the extra couple of minutes to put everything back the way it was! The membership and service was impeccable and am more appreciative of what they offer.”
