“My family and I stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites - Old Towne Olive Branch for a few days while attending to family business. Holly was the nicest person I’ve met at the front desk. Each time she was always polite, kind, patient, and happy. She never had a bad attitude and always tried her best to find the answer or find help if she could not solve the issue alone. She would get us fresh towels and toilet paper if we needed more. I would definitely come back and stay again based on her interactions alone! She always did her job. Even if the person who worked the shift before her did didn’t set up breakfast on time (which happened twice with another front desk person), she would come in on her shift at 7am and make sure breakfast was set up, lights were on, and tv’s were on so guests could enjoy the lobby and breakfast area. Holly really shows that she loves her job and she is great at it, too! She treated me and my family with the utmost kindness and respect! I always looked forward to seeing and speaking to her while I was there.

I love the location of the hotel. It has a little pond beyond the parking lot that has ducks, so that’s nice. The rooms were clean. There was a small spot on the rug, but I guess things like that are expected. The plugs in the wall in between the beds would sometimes work, and sometimes they didn’t. One side worked. One side of the lamp didn’t light up at all. Sometimes we would have to press the button on the AC manually instead of adjusting the wall panel because it wouldn’t turn on automatically. It seems as if there may be a little electrical issues going on.

The breakfast was okay! It’s not the fanciest, but at least it’s free. The coffee was delicious. The hotel also has a computer where you can print documents for free! This was really helpful since my siblings still had online work to complete while we were out of town.

Overall, I believe this hotel has a great value for the money. I definitely plan to come back and stay at this hotel whenever I’m visiting Misssissippi again. Thank you again Holly and thank you Comfort Inn & Suites!”

“Handicapped accessible room came with a truly king-size bed, which didn’t overwhelm or diminish the room. The service by Sandra was greatly appreciated, and her employer is lucky to have such a knowledgeable and welcoming representative of their hotel.”

“We had a very poor experience at a different hotel up the street so we stayed here instead. The front desk clerk, Deonca, was super sweet and helpful. She displayed exceptional customer service. Room was clean, location is great with shopping next door and several restaurants to choose from. We stay in the area often for work so we will definitely be back!”

“Upon our previous visit here we met Anna (laundry department) was filling in for the breakfast employee. We had great service and great fellowship. She was awesome!”

“All in all a good experience no issues, was here just 1 night was going to stay longer but couldn't.
Fun and games or trying to get laundry done I was able to get done some Saturday then finish Sunday morning, unfortunate issue is people leave there stuff in the machines. There's 3 floors off rooms so that's a lot of people here you have 2 machines for everyone, I've been to some candle wood where they have machines on every floor that's nice when that happens.
Room itself was comfortable everything worked.
