“Room was very clean and nice, only real issue was we expected a sofa bed and there wasn't one. When we tried to ask about it 20min of trying to understand each other. We were told sorry just because the pictures show it and description says it does not mean you get it.”
“The hotel staff is wonderful. The breakfast staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean. The location was easy to find. However, if you are thinking about Memphis touring or such, there is a long, slow drive to get from here to downtown on Hwy 79.”

“I had the pleasure of attending the event my family had ant you guys hotel organized by Toni ,Evelyn and Stan it was an incredible experience. Everything was well thought out—from the planning and communication to the overall execution.”
“I was worried about how it would look because of the price, but it was a very nice hotel! Don't let the price fool you. It was a great rate for the one night I needed. Beds were comfortable, shower was amazing, and I had a fridge, flat top, and microwave. There's no dishes, but I was shocked that this was included for the price.Hotel and rooms did not look dated either. I was completely and pleasantly surprised.”

“Handicapped accessible room came with a truly king-size bed, which didn’t overwhelm or diminish the room. The service by Sandra was greatly appreciated, and her employer is lucky to have such a knowledgeable and welcoming representative of their hotel.”
“We had a very poor experience at a different hotel up the street so we stayed here instead. The front desk clerk, Deonca, was super sweet and helpful. She displayed exceptional customer service. Room was clean, location is great with shopping next door and several restaurants to choose from. We stay in the area often for work so we will definitely be back!”

“All in all a good experience no issues, was here just 1 night was going to stay longer but couldn't.
Fun and games or trying to get laundry done I was able to get done some Saturday then finish Sunday morning, unfortunate issue is people leave there stuff in the machines. There's 3 floors off rooms so that's a lot of people here you have 2 machines for everyone, I've been to some candle wood where they have machines on every floor that's nice when that happens.
Room itself was comfortable everything worked.
Will look forward to coming back another time.”

“The hotel is over all ok. The room we stayed in over the thanksgiving holiday weekend had a horrible smell. That literally did not go away the whole 4 days we were here. Honestly smelled like the floors were molded maybe. Our couch had stains on it and two days in a row the housekeeping did not make one of the beds up all the way honestly housekeeping wasn’t good at all. Just over all not that great of an experience. Which was very surprising considering the reviews that I seen. We Really need a refund!! Oh plus woke up to multiple lady bugs crawling on the ceiling!”
