“Had a coupe of people recommend Brett, at Quality. And, I’m glad I listened to them. Dropped my 4 seater off on Tuesday morning. Needed battery, and charger mounted properly. Needed seatbelts installed. Was have electrical issues, which we need for Diamondhead. Everything corrected to perfection, and returned to my driveway Thursday morning. “The owners, Aaron and Lynn are the kindest, caring people. An object came out of the back of a dump truck, striking and shattering my sunroof while I was going 70mph on I-10. I pulled off the interstate to the nearest gas station and googled a body shop. Fortunately for me, they popped up and I drove straight there. They didn’t hesitate to help me put a crash wrap on the sunroof so that I could make it home an hour away. Thank you so much for your help. I enjoyed meeting you two, your cat and dog ?!”

“I really like the NAPA store in Bay St Louis, MS. The employees are like a family and when you come in you get excellent service. Today we came in to pick up a part that had been ordered in. Unfortunately it was not correct even though their computer system said it was. The manager worked on getting the correct part ordered in and we are grateful that they did not give up looking for the correct part for our truck. It is a busy store but such a pleasant place to do business.

One of the friendlier staffs I have ever encountered at a salvage yard.”
