“On Friday evening, March 3, a nice gentleman name Jared immediately helped me make make sure I was good on my brake fluid, because I had trouble seeing the level in the container. I thought I needed more fluid. Also, found out my battery terminal needed replacing (which I already had on hand) and the area of the battery needed cleaning. He did all that with no hesitation and no charge. He even gave me a part, a nut, I needed to keep the battery down. I gave him the remaining terminal I didn’t need, as an appreciation and for someone who could use it. Thank you for helping me with so much kindness. He told me he was a mechanic before and that is useful when working in a place like this.”

“I really like the NAPA store in Bay St Louis, MS. The employees are like a family and when you come in you get excellent service. Today we came in to pick up a part that had been ordered in. Unfortunately it was not correct even though their computer system said it was. The manager worked on getting the correct part ordered in and we are grateful that they did not give up looking for the correct part for our truck. It is a busy store but such a pleasant place to do business.

Tire size, car, brand preference, etc. Quick and easy change within 20 minutes on a nice and easy day with not too much business.
