“I’ve rented cars from several different companies over the years, and I’ve had my share of disappointing experiences with poor service, limited selection, and vehicles that weren’t particularly clean or well maintained. My experiences with Hertz have consistently been the opposite.
The vehicles are clean, there is usually a good selection, and the employees I’ve dealt with have always been professional and courteous. My most recent rental was from a Hertz location away from the airport, and overall it was another very good experience.
I do have two suggestions. First, this particular location only had one employee working the counter. She was doing a great job and was very professional, but she was having to do everything herself. In addition to helping customers at the counter, she had to bring my vehicle around, clean it, and photograph the interior before I could leave. There were other customers waiting, so this naturally slowed things down. That is certainly not a criticism of her—she was working hard and doing everything she could. I simply think Hertz should have at least two people working during busy periods so one person can assist customers while the other handles vehicle preparation.
The only issue with the vehicle itself was that the windshield wipers definitely needed to be replaced. Otherwise, the car was clean, ran great, and I was very happy with it.
Neither of these issues would keep me from renting from Hertz again. In fact, Hertz continues to be my preferred rental car company because they have been consistently reliable and professional. Keep taking care of your customers and your employees, and I’ll keep coming back.”

“Everyone was nice and greeted you upon check-in . We I went out to get the car the young ladies there were nice and greeted us. I can't remember their names but you all keep up the good work. When returning the car Grace was so nice she drove us back to departure we did not have to walk with our luggage she assisted us with taking our luggage out the trunk. We had a all around good experience.”

“One of the best airport locations I have been too. Very helpful and the staff warm and friendly. The exit booth agent Micah greeted us with a beautiful smile also she asked if we needed anything super helpful. Upon return Chance the return agent also made sure everything was up to par.”

She knew answers left & right very sharp minded explainable in a loving professional manner. Also, the guy who checked me out when I returned it back was just connected, not like I just a number but professional well caring for us as a customer but more than that. 2 stars taken away because was given expired car tag cars numerously, cars smells offensive,
didn't really get a car that works until driving to the Budget Car Rental in Memphis intl' airport, at the end of the day after 8pm,
and our car rental reserved since 10am, so we were being charged 11 hours without getting our rental car,
plus we have to drive expired car tag car of budget to its airport location to get a non expired car tag car......
however 10 stars for Ms. Copper at this location, she is a fortune for Budget Car rental or any employer for her rich proficiency in managing conflict situations, customer service resolution and so on as mentioned”
