Starting with the young lady Nya at the counter, to Latrice assisting us with finding our vehicle, to the young lady at the booth exiting the garage. “Omg! A life saver! All you need is a check stub and a light bill. Im not sure if a license is required(I have mine, so I presented it.) Anyway, rentals are 60 bucks a day with a $100 deposit. I got a 2011 Hyundai Senata and she runs beautifully. A great alternative to the big companies that do credit checks and hold extra funds. Also they accept CASH ONLY!”

“I’m extremely pleased with the staff there. After returning my vehicle; I made it all the way thru security and was headed towards my gate when i realized that I left my backpack in the rental. I ran all the way back and my bag had been secured by the staff and all my property was still inside and untouched. I had jewelry and a $600 camera in my backpack. I was so happy I broke down in tears. I’m so grateful that the staff present was an honest group. I wish I had thought to get names. However I dropped my rental back off at the Memphis international airport on 15 November 2023 at approximately 1pm. It was a black Nissan Rogue. Again, thank you once more to those ladies.”

“I gave this a four star because of a particular reason but my first my experience with budget was terrible. I went to budget to rent a car and was charged $300 for my rental when it was only $127 rental I was furious. I was given the run around for hours, told to call this number or this place cause it wasn't there fault blah blah but then I called the direct Memphis line to the airport and spoke to a person name Tucker he fixed everything and was quick about it. It took him such a short time to fix what all these other higher up like budget customer service could not fix. If you are customer service for budget then you should be able to do customer service not tell me to call another number and figure it out. Anyway thank you Tucker for your response of fixing my problem and service. It takes one person to actually care.”

“Customer service I give it a 9. I use the debit card which came with certain guidelines. Miss Betty, and Miss Cindy were amazing. They gave me a list of documents that were needed. I reserved my rental with a security deposit fee upon arrival once told what documents were needed, I was able to fill out my paperwork correctly and obtain my rental which was very reasonable and the vehicle very nice clean and spacious. I will not have to go through the tedious process of paperwork again being that I’m already in the system and would be willing to fast track verification anytime I rent At this location. My reservation at the Memphis airport was delayed due to lack of vehicles during the holiday so I drove to this location to check for available rentals under my Hertz reservation. Shundia Hughes, the manager, helped get me situated with an electric rental and was way more pleasant than the Hertz staff. Go to this location, you won’t en disappointed.”

“Ms. Tonia was my Hertz representative who provided excellent customer service. Several cars to choose from, which is a first for me. Usually, a person could be waiting an hour or so for a vehicle to become available. Hertz was ready this time.One major complaint though. I was placed in a vehicle that needed a front wheel alignment, bad. I did not return the car, because I was 45 mins into the drive before the pulling and wheel noise began. I wanted to let the person who was taking the cars in once I returned the SUV, but the person was quite busy and I figured I would call and write a review. Calling the customer service Hertz line was a no good, tried 3 times, robot conversation.”

“Service was quick. They have quite a few muscle cars. Needed to switch cars due to color. They offered the red charger. Had a red car once, baaaby I got hit so many times, I don't want nothing red with 4 wheels. Switch Done without hesitation or pushback. Service was great upstairs and on the rental floor of Memphis Airport. I was actually at Budget as opposed to Thrifty. They're all there together is probably y they picked up Thrifty.
