2 stars taken away because was given expired car tag cars numerously, cars smells offensive,
didn't really get a car that works until driving to the Budget Car Rental in Memphis intl' airport, at the end of the day after 8pm,
and our car rental reserved since 10am, so we were being charged 11 hours without getting our rental car,
plus we have to drive expired car tag car of budget to its airport location to get a non expired car tag car......
however 10 stars for Ms. Copper at this location, she is a fortune for Budget Car rental or any employer for her rich proficiency in managing conflict situations, customer service resolution and so on as mentioned”

“I gave this a four star because of a particular reason but my first my experience with budget was terrible. I went to budget to rent a car and was charged $300 for my rental when it was only $127 rental I was furious. I was given the run around for hours, told to call this number or this place cause it wasn't there fault blah blah but then I called the direct Memphis line to the airport and spoke to a person name Tucker he fixed everything and was quick about it. It took him such a short time to fix what all these other higher up like budget customer service could not fix. If you are customer service for budget then you should be able to do customer service not tell me to call another number and figure it out. Anyway thank you Tucker for your response of fixing my problem and service. It takes one person to actually care.”
“Check-in customer service agent John was very good, the only concern I had was the cleanliness of the inside of the vehicle after having to wait 30 minutes. When the rep brought the vehicle around to inspect, I noticed that the back seats had crumbs on it and I asked for the cleaning crew to vacuum. The vehicle was returned and still had not been vacuumed and we were short for time.”
“I dealt with a representative, Sabrina Wade, at an I cannot say enough good things about Sabrina Wade at the Avis location on Shelby Drive in Memphis. She went above and beyond to help us with a last-minute rental need for our student ministry mission trip. After another rental company, Enterprise, cancelled on us with 1 day's notice and no offer to assist, we were in a bind and scrambling to find transportation for our Youth group.
Sabrina didn’t just help—she rescued our trip. She spent hours tracking down vehicles for us, doing everything she could to make sure we were taken care of. Her dedication, kindness, and persistence turned a stressful situation into a successful one.
The level of customer service she provided was truly outstanding. We are so grateful for her help and will absolutely be returning to Avis because of her!

“I had a solid experience with Hertz Car Rental on Goodman Road. The customer service was great — everyone was helpful and professional. The car itself was good and drove well, but I will mention that the detailer wasn’t in that day, so the car was a little dirty when I picked it up.
One important heads-up: the address listed on the Hertz website doesn’t match the actual location. It had me way on the other end of Goodman Road in Southaven. So before you head out, double-check the address to save yourself some time.
Other than that, everything was cool and I’d rent from them again!”
