They recommended all kinds of toys and things for her to chew on, tips and tricks to help me with a breed I knew nothing about. They showed us all the things from the sales ad as well. They loved on the puppy and made a pet tag for us. It was a great trip and I love that they expanded the place. It was very easy to walk around and find all kinds of goodies.

6145 Elmore Rd, SouthavenUnlike many vet clinics these days, Elmore Rd Vet Clinic actually uses exam rooms for exams, instead of 2nd waiting rooms where they snatch your pet and do EVERYthing behind a closed door so you can't see what's going on.
The techs and the doctors are all very patient and kind, and gentle with my little rescue kitty, her kittens, and my little old man kitty--who Dr. King spent a lot of time examining him and explaining treatment options and how to give him medicine.
Dr. Wallace did my rescue kitty's spaying, and you know how a surgical incision by a vet always looks like a big mess of gaping lips that are stitched up Frankenstein-style? Well this one you can barely see the incision, much less the stitches. It's all so tiny and neat and clean I couldn't believe it, and by the next day kitty was up and walking around, but they gave her several days worth of pain medicine to make sure she's comfortable.
Definitely my new vet clinic. Highly recommend.

I really wish they would give napkins and sleeves for hot drinks without me having to ask every time, though. If someone orders a food item just go ahead and give a napkin or 2. Cause I almost always forget to ask. Not sure if they don't do this because of something from corporate or if they just get in a rush.

I ordered 2 brisket sandwiches and an order of fries. To be honest, we were not so impressed with the brisket. It was kind of tasteless and a bit tough. I wish I had ordered the pulled pork. But the fries were great! And the employee who walked out to give me my food was super friendly and nice. Maybe I just need to try something different.
