“I rent frequently from this location for both work and leisure travel. The team is always prepared and makes renting a breeze which is why I keep coming back. As a non-airport location, the hours for pickup don't go all night, so you just need to plan your travel accordingly. For me that little extra planning has always been worth it for the convenience and great service I've had at this location.”
“Nick was amazing!!! Upper management should be ashamed of leaving him to work by himself on a busy middle of August summer Saturday! He had a line all day and we waited 3 hours for our vehicle (no fault of his). It was so crazy busy and he had rude customers and handled everything so well. He deserves a raise.”

“My wife normally uses the Hertz location at Lambert Airport, but due to some online issues, she ended up at the Baldwin location instead. She was honestly hesitant because of the reviews, especially since she arrived only a few minutes before closing.
When she told me about the experience she had with Chris Woods, I was extremely impressed. Even that close to closing time, he didn’t rush her or make her feel like an inconvenience. He was helping other customers but still made sure to acknowledge her, communicate with her, and provide great customer service.
As her husband, it gave me peace of mind knowing she was treated with patience and respect. Customer service like that deserves to be recognized. Because of Chris, we’ll definitely be using this Hertz location moving forward. Great job, Chris!”
