The manager at this location was excellent. He called me before my reservation to make sure everything was set on my end and to see if I had any special requests. He was great to work with and clearly cares about making customers happy

This location went above and beyond taking care of a situation that they had no control over but trying to make it right. That is excellent customer service at its best.
