“I’ve rented from this location twice now and have to say that they’ve exceeded my expectations on both occasions! Through no fault of the company, there was an issue with my rental that could not have been foreseen or prevented. In the midst of an already busy morning, Bobby was absolutely top-notch in taking care of me immediately, making sure I was on my way in no time, which was crucial because I was in a time crunch, needing to arrive at my destination by a certain time. I highly recommend this location for your rental needs. Bobby and his team get the job done! Also - the vehicles were well maintained and clean. All around smooth and pleasant car rental experience!”

“I got into a car accident back in August and insurance was set to pay for it. Unfortunately they are a busy shop so I wasn't able to get an appointment until October. Which was fine because drove around until my appointment. They quoted me 2 weeks and it was ready in that time.... they accidentally texted me that it be another week but they cleared that up quickly by explaining within minutes that it was a mistake. They are nice and update you constantly. My car looked STUNNING when I picked it up.... also bonus they cleaned the outside and inside of my car. It took some time BUT THIS PLACE IS A HUNDRED PERCENT WORTH IT!!! Will recommend them to everyone i meet. I usually hate autobody shops but this place blew me away!”

“Very friendly, great service, and reasonable prices. I especially appreciated the unlimited mileage for SUVs, which Enterprise doesn’t do on a lot of their SUVs. They even gave me a free upgrade because the car we reserved had an engine warning light on. Excellent job, Budget!!”

“We rented a 26’ Box truck with the lift gate for a long haul move and the truck did exactly what it was supposed to, no issues. I asked if they had any clip-in straps laying around when we picked up, the guy looked all around to find and let me borrow them with no extra hassle or charge. Anthony helped with the drop off process, after moving for 3 days straight, he made it so fast and easy for us to get back on the road. 10/10 recommend this location.”
“Always an awesome experience renting from here (Budget). The workers are always awesome and there has never been a wait like at some other rental places. Plus, If I make a reservation they have something for me, even if it is an upgrade. Enterprise will let you make a reservation and then tell you they have nothing to give you. My go-to for car rentals.”

“We have rented from this location regularly since they were in Clayton. Brenda is always helpful and a friendly face. For a recent rental they didn’t have the right vehicle type available at this location due to a recall - but she called me well in advance of our rental time, having found and secured a vehicle for us at another Avis location. While this is a bit inconvenient it is beyond their control and was really excellent customer service in a difficult situation. Thank you!”

“The employees are really nice and professional, especially the manager Chris. He’s always very helpful. My car is always clean and ready when I pick up. I’d recommend this location versus other locations in St. Louis. I do notice that a lot of times customers come in very entitled because they are used to going to the airport location not realizing they can’t get the same benefits at the smaller locations that they can at the airport.. i’ve also witnessed customers coming in hours late for rentals and expecting them to still be there. I was there one day and a customer came in to get a rental that he reserved the day before and was upset it was gone. Personally, I wouldn’t pay attention to the negative reviews because a lot of them are lies from people who were upset that they couldn’t get their way like spoiled children.”
“I had a good experience with this location! The car was as expected at the price I booked it for. I was allowed to park my car there during my trip which was a huge relief.
Some things to note: They will charge you a fee for using your debit card and they do not have apple pay. That's the only reason I did not give 5 stars.
The other reviews have noted that the front desk attendent was rude, this was NOT the case for me. By no means was she the friendliest person in the world but she did the job quickly and with no fuss - which I appreciated. I would rent from here again but perhaps would be sure to bring my credit card.”

“After having a really bad experience with the Lindbergh location AND the customer support line, I was SO RELIEVED to rent my moving truck from this location. The owner made sure I was on the road quickly after arriving, thoroughly went through estimated costs with me, and was accommodating to my schedule, as they closed at 1. Really just a stand up guy, doing business the right way. Will use for all my future truck rentals.”

“Hertz at St. Louis Kirkwood had always been my one and only place to go for my car rental. Ernie had made my car rental experience seemed like a breeze everytime, any issues arises, he will take care of it in an instant. no wonder there is always a steady flow of customers in that location. “I was here to pick up a vehicle that I had reserved the same day. There was no vehicles to rent in the caterogory I reserved, there was actually only one truck to rent in the whole place. Luke, the gentleman that was working, was very paitent in trying to help with what he could. I was not able to rent a vehicle from them that day, not the biggest deal, because Luke informed me of another option (thank you) and walked me through the process in order to get a refund of the money I put down. For that, I am giving this place 4 stars, I really appreacite the customer service at this location.”
