“Quick, friendly service for propane tank refills. Refill is ~4.5 lb of liquid propane vs 3.1 lb with a tank exchange. I always get 2 tanks at a time, and the best competing price for refills is currently $19/tank. This is like getting 3 tanks for the price of 2, with quick, friendly service to boot! And it's closer to home than the place I was going to find LP gas for less than $20/tank.
I saw plenty of negative reviews about this location before deciding to see for myself. It looks like they've successfully addressed their customer service issues!”

“My experience with Extra Space Storage was amazing. The move in process was so easy and they staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The move out process was even better. I received a bill for $189 but the staff noticed that I was moving out before the next month started so they reduced my cost to $12. If I would have made the payment for $189 there would have been no refund. Thank you Shalae for all your help and saving me all that money. Would highly recommend this location.”

Nicole is fantastic! She definitely takes pride in her work and it shows all over the storage facility. From the immaculate sweet smelling front office to the corners of every storage unit. This property is maintained beautifully. Nicole took us to tour several units to make sure we were happy with the size and accessibility. Lots of choices that are temperature controlled and a huge variety of sizes. They even offer use of a box truck for free for one day with the rental of a new unit. Having my new storage unit so close to home has been absolutely key in this move.”

“The manager (Randolph) impressed me as being a trustworthy person who consistently follows through. He does a great job of explaining the policies to new tenants, and also is diligent in handling the inevitable minor problems caused by tenants who do things like leaving trash or not putting carts back where they belong.
Two key advantages of the "climate controlled" building: it's a relatively new building that is in very good condition; and the temp is maintained at about 65°F on the first floor, which is a great relief when loading on hot days. Other "climate controlled" storage units maintain a temp of about 80°F (or higher).
Access to this facility is good during off-peak times/days, but it's located near one of the busiest intersections in the area (I-44 & 141). During the day (especially during rush hour) traffic is often backed up on 141, and there is a LOT of heavy truck traffic going to/from nearby industrial facilities on Elam Ave. The traffic signal to turn from 141 onto Elam Ave. is green long enough for only about four of these big trucks to make the turn.
Once you're in the parking lot, there's only one entrance door to the climate controlled building, at the far end of a long, narrow dead-end parking lot (i.e.: not possible to pull through).”
“They are very nice. Tey keep an eye on your locker and if you leave it open or don't lock it they give you a call so that you can come up and take care of it.”
“We've been using St. Louis RV Storage for several years. The prices are good and the service is exceptional. We had several issues with our electrical system and Al was very helpful with his technical knowledge and with making arrangements to help us work on the system. In addition to having great service, they are investing in facility upgrades. It's a great place to store your equipment!”
