“Thank you to Cragg Motors for a great experience, we will absolutely be back! I reached out on a day the office was closed for a piece of paperwork that ended being my responsibility. Not only did I get a call back but Ken showed up to save the day. I bought my Volvo from them in May. Today I took it to the Volvo dealership today to have regular maintenance done on it. It is in perfect condition just like it should be and just like they said it was. Again, thank you for the great experience and great price. If you need to purchase a vehicle, do yourself a favor and visit Cragg Motors in Belton, MO.”

“Last week I took my '25 Kicks SR into the Service Dept. with a rough running engine. Service advisor Matt Piepho called me with the diagnosis (EGR cooler broken) and provided me with a loaner car since the part was back-ordered. Matt called me 6 days later....part in and car repaired. They also performed 41 multi-point inspection......car running perfectly. Many thanks to Matt and the Service Technicians......GREAT JOB!”

“I've been renting from Enterprise for over a year now. Mostly once a month sometimes more. I've never had a bad experience. Right now Jaydin and Alexis are my favorite people there. Always friendly, knowledgeable, professional. I can be a bit picky sometimes but they don't seem to mind. I like both of them very much. Both appear to be very hard workers”

“This location was very helpful and efficient after a reservation at another location was unavailable with no resolutions suggested. I was disappointed that I couldn’t get the same price as the original reservation, but was happy to have a vehicle before they closed. The return was quick and they were very friendly.”

“I rented a vehicle from the Grandview, MO Enterprise location in July, 2026 and I was very pleased. The vehicle I rented was clean inside and out. The business transaction was quickly handled then, I was on my way. I had no problems with the vehicle, but I received text messages regarding Enterprise assistance and support, if needed. I felt that the Grandview, MO Enterprise employees care about making their customers happy with their rental car experience. I will definitely rent a vehicle from them again!”

“I rented a car (2025 Nissan Rogue) using my insurance and had a great experience working with Michael and Jihad. They walked me through the process, waited for me to do a thorough check of the condition of the vehicle. They were insanely busy and couldn't show me all of the features of the car but they did say if there were any issues to call. I highly recommend this location. The customer service is there, they help look for cost savings, they are also super polite and professional. If I ever need to rent a car again, I will be going to this location.”

“Bindy helped us with professionalism and kindness. Our reservation process went smoothly. Bindy greeted us as we entered the store and made us feel very welcomed and seen. We were also informed of the insurance that Budget provides but we opted for our own. We will certainly come to this location again for our needs.”
