“Last week I took my '25 Kicks SR into the Service Dept. with a rough running engine. Service advisor Matt Piepho called me with the diagnosis (EGR cooler broken) and provided me with a loaner car since the part was back-ordered. Matt called me 6 days later....part in and car repaired. They also performed 41 multi-point inspection......car running perfectly.

“I rented a car (2025 Nissan Rogue) using my insurance and had a great experience working with Michael and Jihad. They walked me through the process, waited for me to do a thorough check of the condition of the vehicle. They were insanely busy and couldn't show me all of the features of the car but they did say if there were any issues to call. I highly recommend this location. The customer service is there, they help look for cost savings, they are also super polite and professional. If I ever need to rent a car again, I will be going to this location.”
