So far, as rather new customers, we’ve been happy with the customer service and friendliness of Rocky who set up our initial policies. However, we don’t think the Drivewise app is very accurate. Somehow as an adult driver on the policy I have an extremely low score, lower than my teenage drivers. I’m getting hit for harsh breaking multiple times on most trips when anyone can clearly see from my trip map that I am exiting the highway on an off ramp or entering a roundabout where slowing down from a higher speed is necessary. Is it because I have a brand new car and my breaks work well? I’m the most careful driver in my house and have the lowest score. Ridiculous.”
“After speaking with Sheri, and Tim, I was very impressed by their professionalism, and knowledge about the insurance industry. It was very evident that Tim likes to be involved, which is great considering a lot of agents prefer to be hands-off as much as possible.
You always want to have a level of comfort whenever you're speaking with any agent, which was exactly how I felt when I was speaking with Tim. I felt like I had been a client/friend of his for years, and Tim and Sheri both made me feel very welcomed.
