“This is a decent outdoor store. They have a decent selection of everything a Bass Pro normally sells, but some of their selections are relatively slim. Their shoes and boots section, for example is really small compared to other stores. If you're in the market for hiking boots be prepared to visit another location if they don't have exactly what you're looking for. Other than that, the staff is always friendly and we always have had good experiences there.”
“Friendly staff with an excellent selection of clothing and gifts for your favorite sports fanatic. However, the store is too small for the amount of merchandise they carry. It's a second class store compared to the location in Lee's Summit where everything is neat and orderly and not over stocked.”
“Was Helped by a young lady named Brylee, I never really write these reviews but I knew I had to for her, I was ignored by some employees who were in the royals section the the two ladies were just chatting it up but when Brylee asked me if I need help she helped me find a shirt for my wife and niece and I was very happy!”

“This place is SO amazing! Store is super clean and staff definitely goes above and beyond! Came in about an hour before closing and at no point did anyone make us feel rushed or tried to hurry us out the door. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Shout out to Emily who made the experience phenomenal. I watched her stock, clean, and greet every single person that walked in. She was very quick, and friendly and was able to help her co-workers and other customers. She also made a point to make sure we found what we wanted in the size we needed. She is an absolute gem!”

“Bought my grandson a pair of croc's for back to school. He hasn't worn them much but recently one broke and was unfixable. The manager was very helpful and got him a new pair ordered. They arrived today and my grandson was thrilled. I'm looking for a pair of slip on sketchers and I'm going back to famous footwear to see what styles they have. That kind of customer service is lacking in a lot of retail stores.
