In all seriousness, Andrew and Liz are a different breed of human. They are beyond helpful with their encyclopedia-level knowledge of the sport. And, they can usually recite flight numbers, stamps, and social security numbers of every unit of circular plastic ever produced.
I traverse dangerous terrain every week to reach their street just for a chance to chat and give them money for frisbees that I’m guaranteed to replace before my next bowel movement.
Andrew and Liz made me play more disc golf, and for that I love and hate them. Because it’s all I talk about now. Thanks a lot.”

He helped me correct my form, gave me great advice on everything from releases to arrow fletchings and even bragged about taking a deer at 65 yards lol. He even went out of his way to wax my cables. However I took it back the next morning and the man was very respectful and reasonable he exchanged it for 1 of the same value even though it said all sales were final and exchanges and refunds would be honored. He still exchanged it for me and I was more than greatful and satisfied with the new one he traded me out for.”

“I went this evening for some running shoes. Found a one of two of the last pair of brooks that were in the clearance section. There was no current display and only to two shoes (women’s 7 & 10). Andrew in the footwear area was kind enough to check the clearance price, however, they were last chance clearance but not at a reduced price. Andrew kindly offered to see if there was any discount that could be applied due to them being phased out of stores and my size in the surrounding area. Andrew checked with his manager and explained that they use to be able to do discounts if they were last in stores and phasing out but unfortunately not this one. I also noticed that Andrew had helped a family with cleats before me and helped several others after helping me. I liked the shoes and bought them at full price as I was prepared for that before his kind offer. I highly recommend giving Andrew a raise. He was attentive to customers in the footwear area, went above and beyond with seeing if there was any way to get a discount, and helped clients in other areas when footwear was empty. Today, it is hard to find good employees who pride themselves in hard work, proactive and being professional. I say this knowing that just before coming to this location, I was at another academy where 3 employees in footwear were just talking and joking amongst themselves and not once checked in on anyone in the footwear area (10-15min). Andrew was handling this area on his own and was proactive. Also, when no one needed help in footwear, I noticed that Andrew did not stop to play in his phone or relax, he made himself busy helping in other areas and working. Again, hard working employees who pride themselves in being proactive and a good employee can be hard to find. Give him a raise.”

“The guy working tonight (11/18) helped me out and was cool people. He definitely made it worth the trip and helped my lady and I pick out a preselected custom stitch for my new hat I got from somewhere else. If I ever get a custom fitted hat I’ll be sure he is the one to get it stitched again. Very professional man and was quick! He said it would take 5-10 minutes but it felt faster to be frank. I forgot his name (smh) but thank you kind sir!
