“My experience with the worker here was great. I went to this location on January 26 and was met by a very kind man wearing a Indiana university sweatshirt. This guy was exceptional at his job. What I was trying to do was complicated and he knew exactly what to do guided me through the process while helping other people at the post office at the same time. This man was great at his job and if I were his boss I would give him a raise as soon as I could.”

“I’ve utilized this post office for 4 1/2 years prior to moving and today I’ve had the best customer service experience. Mr. Hemphill assisted me with retrieving a package that had the wrong address on the shipping label. I spoke to him last week and after he got my information, I told him I will be in contact. By the time I called him the package was already in route to be delivered to the wrong address. He was able to contact the carrier and have the package held back at the facility for me to pick up.

“I’ve had a P.O. Box at this location for a while now, and the service has always been great. Cody and the rest of the staff are super friendly and always willing to help out. Whether I need help tracking down a package or just have a quick question, they’re always patient and on it. It’s honestly one of the most helpful post offices I’ve been to. “The clerks are always helpful and friendly. They definitely don't get enough credit for the hard work they do here. They may not have all the amenities available at larger locations, but as a local post office it's well stocked. Expect to be in and out within 10 mins, there's usually a few folks in line. Have some patience and cut these folks some slack.”

“See some bad posts.. I’ve been shipping packages since 2004. Lots of Post offices east St. Louis. The one on Watson HAS NOT had handles on their big package drop, and takes 72 hours just to get the initial arrival scan! Atleast this location can get their arrivals scans correct!”
