Everytime I come into the branch everyone is always on queen and ready to get me in and out it be hard to pick who I want to go to lol. “I just opened a new account. Friendly staff and pleasant to be around. The only complaint I have had is when I attempted to cash my check and deposit some into my checking account. I was advised that it would be a two day hold but when I received my receipt it showed a 10 day hold and the funds were deposited into my savings account. I called to find out what was going on. Long story short, the teller wasn't paying attention to my account and gave me the incorrect information. However I was then apologized to and was told the policy and explained why. I understood, just upset I wasn't given a fair opportunity to make a decision which left me with no money. I've heard good things about this financial institution and hope that this will be just a one time mistake.”
