“I can't believe that Mo would have Michelle help manage this store. I have been coming to this Kum&Go for almost 8 years. After the experiences I have been through with Michelle I will not step foot in that store. As new as it is the inside might as well be dilapidated. “I started going here about a month ago after high prices at my other choice forced me to stop going. When I first started, the lady working was not too friendly. But, after taking the time to talk with her and show her that I nice, she became a very good friend. Maybe instead of complaining about the help and ruining someone's livelihood, you should get to know them or take your business elsewhere. Maybe you were the one that was rude and mean!!! “We stopped in here on one of our trips to Joplin and filled our car up with gas, and bought snacks. Today was their truck day, and while we were looking for snacks, the employees were very friendly and extremely helpful. We couldn't find something, and they saw us looking for the item and asked us if we needed help finding something and pointed us to where it is. The cashier even told us how to sign up for rewards and was extremely friendly. She even explained how to sign up for rewards. That's a lot more than the Kum and Go employees do. We will start going to Casey's from now on.”
“This is my morning stop. Super friendly employees and extremely clean. Mike knows what cigarettes I get and always suggests new products and is the fastest cashier there. I would rather stop here then anywhere else because of how I'm treated from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave, this is what customer service is about!”

“This pharmacy found my medicine I needed that Walmart refused to dispence for my thyroid disorder. I was a patient with that Walmart pharmacy 4 years and they wouldn't help. Walgreens had never seen me before yet they bent over backwards to find my specific thyroid meds i wanted. Excellent customer service and courteous and professional staff”

“I use Frugal a lot, but I have not used it at Walgreens yet. Tina is exceptional when it comes to customer service. If her skills were modeled for new employees or other businesses, employees they would have many company assets in the people area.Tina was patient in showing me the Frugal Walgreens process. Tina treated me like I was the most important customer ever. She did with others in the store as well. I am completely impressed. Tina educated me in saving $12 on 2 bottles of body wash. I walked out of Walgreens paying only $2.58 for what normally cost $15+This Walgreens is always a nice experience. Whether using the pharmacy or the other services, the employees are top-notch. Tina, however, blew me away with her customer service.”
