So that prompted me to give them an old 1942 radio that no longer worked. They got it fixed up and sounding like new! I don't know if there's anything they can't do. And their prices are always fair. Manager Chris and sales member Mus patiently and kindly helped my mother-in-law change cellphone carriers from Consumer Cellular to T Mobile. Our transaction took a long time to conclude because we didn't have all of the right information so they helped us by staying late after the store closed. I really appreciated how consultative and instructive they were. We walked out of the store with my MIL on a new T Mobile phone plan!

The owner, Anne, is an absolute gem—she's not only incredibly friendly but also extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to help me visualize my setup and ensured I bought the perfect length of speaker cable. Anne also explained the differences in speaker cable gauges and provided excellent advice for choosing the right subwoofer cable. When I inquired about speaker stands, she was a wealth of knowledge and more than happy to share her expertise. I strongly recommend stopping by D&M Sound before heading to any big box store.
