Iwas surprised that others had rated them 1 star so i read the reviews and frankly if your that dumb please dont blame others. The service here is great and the staff make things easy but they're not there to mitigate stupid!”

“I have had two occasions to visit the O’Fallon Fedex Office (store) on Hwy K in O’Fallon MO this month. Each time, I was assisted by a service professional named Donte. Not only was Donte extremely helpful and competent, but he was both personable and respectful. This service, coupled with the wide array of services available, makes this my “go to” place for shipping, packing, reproduction, electronic transmission etc. Side note: Another customer overheard me complementing the service and mentioned to me that he had experienced the same great service numerous times at this Fedex location. Obviously, someone is doing something right there. Thank you!”

“The clerks are always helpful and friendly. They definitely don't get enough credit for the hard work they do here. They may not have all the amenities available at larger locations, but as a local post office it's well stocked. Expect to be in and out within 10 mins, there's usually a few folks in line. Have some patience and cut these folks some slack.”

“Went in person because we were having so much trouble with a credit card getting to a resident in O'Fallon. The assistant was very helpful and we finally had the issue resolved when she spoke with the Carrier and we realized that they did have the wrong address, but it was so similar that on the phone The elderly person couldn't tell the difference.
