“I was in town visiting a friend and we stopped in for a yoga class. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. I'm not very flexible but the yoga class was great and they even explained easier poses for those not as advanced. After class everyone chatted for a couple minutes but it seems like a great environment to workout in and would definitely come back.”

“Great gym. They offer lots of classes at convenient times. Some classes are intense and some are less intense. But they have classes for everyone. From what I see, there are people of all ages. Young people in their 20s and people in their 50s and maybe 60s. The classes are coed with 60-70% women and 30-40% men. Some classes are focused more on the exercise part while others are more fundamentals and technique. But with all classes, you'll get a sweat and some technique too. They also have exercise equipment available for us whenever the gym is open. Some people may not like this comment but a few women do dress what I would argue is inappropriate. So if you're a man who is trying to avoid temptation or lust, be aware that you may encounter it more at this gym compared to another gym like the YMCA or the Heights.”

“TruFusion offers a wonderful array of classes, everything from hot yoga to TRX. I love the variety, and the quality of classes is top tier as well. It's expensive, but you get what you paid for. And for those that need to shower after a morning workout and get ready for work, the facilities are wonderful. I'm so glad I signed up for this gym. I highly recommend giving them a try!”

“I cannot begin to describe how much I love this gym and the trainers. I came in after 3 knee surgeries and couldn’t squat more than 60 lbs by 10 months I was squatting 260 lbs! My knees hurt so much less and when they do the trainers adjust my workouts to ensure that I don’t hurt them further. I truly feel so much better and stronger. I’ve never been so consistent with a gym before and the trainers and the other fellow gym members are so encouraging. This place is worth every penny!! I also did the nutrition with Lori and lost 15lbs in 3 months which is the most I’ve lost in several years!! 100/10 for this gym!”

“I was so nervous to start at Burn because I had never been comfortable in group classes and saw myself as not athletic at all. I have been here now almost 4 years and I love it. Every trainer is wonderful and kind. I go to many camp times depending on my schedule and have felt comfortable in each one. The other members are all friendly and encouraging. It really is a wonderful community that has helped me gain confidence in my own strength and abilities.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this gym. I’m relatively fit and for most of my adult life was self motivated to go to the gym and achieve my fitness goals. The pandemic definitely put a damper on that routine. I didn’t think I’d enjoy a structured workout class, but this has really exceeded my expectations. The staff really care about each and every client. They work with you based on any limitations or variations you need. The workouts are surprisingly well balanced to work on strength, cardio, and coordination. I’m also impressed by how well the workouts scale to accommodate all ages, fitness levels, and body types. After a few weeks of consistent workouts here, I feel stronger than I have in a long time.”

“I recently joined because I was looking for a place to help me start a fitness journey. I am not in particularly good shape and walking into a gym can be very intimidating. However, Rachel and the other coaches at CFA made me feel very welcome. They embraced my skill level and provide great coaching on technique and form during our classes to help me feel a) safe b) capable and c)motivated. Also, as far as price per value it is one of the best options in the area (believe me I've looked at several and I'm an educator on a somewhat limited budget). Highly recommend for people who need that extra motivation to start and/or continue a fitness journey.”

“The staff/instructors were friendly. When you walk in they treat you like family! I loved that they offered 3 free classes (have to use them within 30 days). The price for a membership is reasonable. The spin class was intense but FUN! I can see anyone getting results from a few of those classes. My legs were SORE ? but for the good.While I already have a membership at another gym, I will be back for their classes because they are wayyyyy more fun lol.”

“Mick is the most knowledgeable coach in all areas of strength training, health, fitness, anything, you name it, he knows it. I had been going to gyms for a long time with hardly any improvement. After starting at Micks Gym, not really sure if I would even like it, I’ve seen major improvements in all aspects of my health life and I have a new respect for strength training. “I’m nine weeks in and wish I would have started sooner. First, I appreciated that it wasn’t about making my life all about CrossFit, but rather introducing CrossFit workouts into my already busy life. There wasn’t anything intimidating about joining and the 5am classes fit nicely into my schedule. Second, when my body was tired and sore (because I was so out of shape) the coach’s main priority was my recovery. They encouraged me to slow down and workout smart. Lastly, I left today’s CrossFit open workout feeling part of a team. Everyone was competing against themselves, encouraging others, and celebrated the workout completion together afterwards. Happy to show up three times a week!”

“MT Fitness is the best gym in the St. Louis region. Maggie and her team of trainers are highly knowledgeable, caring, fun to be around, and push you to your best every class. The equipment is a great mix of machines, stationary equipment, free weights, etc. I absolutely love going here, and would recommend anyone to try a class regardless of their fitness level.”
