“I shop there often with the current economy any way to save a little bit of money on things is very important and the staff is always so friendly and professional there as well”
“Good selection and constantly stocked shelves. The new self checkouts are a pain, and only 1 actual register is available now. Still find great deals and the random oddity to amuse you. Don't forget a quarter to use a cart!”
“Crystal and Richard's Produce earns every bit of its five-star rating, standing as a shining beacon for those who value freshness, affordability, and a welcoming shopping experience. From the moment you step into their spacious location, you're greeted not just by the vibrant colors of the fruits and vegetables but by an atmosphere that feels both invigorating and serene. The cleanliness of the store is impeccable, reflecting the care and dedication the team puts into maintaining a pristine shopping environment. The produce selection is superb, with great prices that make healthy eating accessible to everyone. What sets Crystal and Richard's apart is not just the quality of their produce but the thoughtful presentation and organization. Inside, the air-controlled area ensures that the fruits and vegetables are kept in peak condition, preserving their freshness and flavor. Meanwhile, the outdoor displays invite the charm of open-air markets, offering a selection that feels just as carefully curated as the indoor offerings. The staff at Crystal and Richard's Produce are the heart of the store. Their friendliness and willingness to help go beyond mere customer service; it feels like being welcomed by a community. Whether you're looking for advice on selecting the perfect avocado or tips on storing fresh herbs, the team is always ready to share their knowledge with a smile. In an era where the shopping experience often feels impersonal, Crystal and Richard's Produce rekindles the joy of visiting a local store where everyone knows your name, and the quality exceeds your expectations. It's not just a place to buy fruits and vegetables; it's a cornerstone of the community, embodying a passion for food and a commitment to those they serve. ??”
“One of my favorite places to go grocery shopping always have great prices and good deals all the time. The people who work there are really nice and very helpful and friendly.”
“I would love if Potosi had a Schnucks. They have lots of meat to choose from that is high quality. The store is nice and bright. Lots of fruits and veggies to choose from. The restrooms are clean. Lots of different grocery items that my local grocery store does not carry. They also have a florist area inside the store. Great place to shop. Staff has always been friendly.”

“Always a pleasure to shop here. Very clean and well stocked, produce always looks great and the best meat department. Employees are friendly and helpful. Today was especially great with the holiday digital coupons I was able to save an additional $23 on items I usually buy, including butter, cheese and the 10lb leg quarters at .39/lb!”
“The assistant manager Elizabeth is a very great employee that truly cares about her customers as well as her store. She works very hard to create a great shopping experience for everyone who enters.”
“The PARK HILLS store is fantastic! Since I was wrongfully banned from Farmington HARPS (see other reviews) I had to go to Park hills as my husband and I do all the shopping for my disabled parents and there are items that I can only get at Harps, unfortunately. But, the PH store was fabulous and clean. Plus side is...no one bullied me online after I left!”
“Prices of reasonable, cashiers are always very friendly, the store is always very clean, the meats selections are always great and fresh, and the deli makes awesome fried Chicken for a great meal when you're in a hurry or on the go.. I will always continue to give them my business”
“Staff at both DG's in Farmington are nice and easy to talk too but always seem understaffed. Their store brand products are better or equal to most Equate/Walmart products and usually cheaper.”
“Today is the 4th of July. I wanted to make a shrimp boil. So I went to our local town and country supermarket. And I didn't know if they'd have the artificial crab, but they did and saved me a trip. To Walmart.
We just returned from vacation and I had over three hundred dollars worth of cash in my billfold. I got home before I realized that I had left it somewhere. I ran back to Town & Country. And they had it.
Not a penny was missing and I was very thankful to the assistant manager that had found it on the floor.
Five stars for their honesty!!!”
“This is my store. Idc how far I have to drive. Nick is absolutely, hands down the best employee, then Dan. Love Sarah. They are always going above and beyond for me and my kids. Keep up the good work.”

“One of the best experiences of my life, my cashier VALERIE took care of everything for me with the best, most upbeat attitude I've ever seen at any store. This women is gonna go far in life. She not only took the time to listen to what I had to say but also took the time to teach me a thing or to. I'm definitely taking my family here every weekend just cause of valerie!!!”

“The girls that work at the cadet store keep it so nice and clean some of the other store should take note but we wouldn't want to mention any other stores by name Farmington”
“They didn't have one thing I needed. The poor guy working inside looked like he had been working overtime and he was the only worker I seen. No one else. I give him props for sticking with it through the pandemic. It's hard....they are out of a lot of things though”
“The staff there are all great. They are overworked to say the least. I believe a company that wealthy, could surely afford to hire staff to come in and stock shelves and put away the supplies. Instead, they rely on the 2 cashiers they have per shift to handle customers and handle stocking. It is nearly all females that work down there, and stocking some of the items is difficult for them. Perhaps if Dollar General cared more for the employees they would have a lower turn over rate.”
“Great staff. I will say that I see way to many empty slots where products should be. Often, I can not buy what I need as shelves are empty. This is a relatively new store and manager says they don't order, but the home office does. Really frustrating. Thanks”
“The Manager there is VERY knowledgeable and very HELPFUL, she tries to run a great store and after the remodel it is an even better place to find what you need. GREAT PLACE>>”
“I absolutely LOVE curbside pick up! All the employees are so sweet! My mom uses them a lot because she is disabled and loves that she can still "shop" on her own! Amazing idea and outstanding customer service!”
“Before I start I went into this establishment a little upset after because I just wanted to go home and beat the heat...The manager on tonight shift Mrs D did everything in her power to make my night as calm and cool as possible and Miss E. that was learning at reg 2 ,took in the learning experience and seem to understand the steps needed to make this an easy situation...the manager was so awesome so when I see you yes I'm going to pay it forward way to go guys idk if y'all believe that God put people in other people's life for a reason good job for tonight and thank you again!!!!”
“Nice little Amish store. I bought 50 lbs of soft white wheat berries for $71, which is a good deal. They have a little deli inside and plenty of jarred pickles, jellies and whatnot. We will go again.”
