“Great customer service! Sales reps listen to your boot needs then recommend the best appropriate boot. Note that besides the Red Wing brand, Irish Setter, Vasque, and Worx (all owned by Red Wing) are available to try / purchase at the store. Exchanges are easy and welcome - ensure to inquire about return/exchange policy. BTW Sales reps will recommend based on need not on the most expensive... Quite the contrary. Highly recommend this location. I bought the Irish Setter Hopkins in brown / wide width (EE). Looking forward to using them.”

“I visited the store about a month ago to buy a new pair of shoes. I was there about 30 minutes before closing and Travis, the store manager, assured me that he would help me until I found what I needed. He was very patient in walking me through several pairs of shoes and even sold me on getting a second pair so I wouldn't wear mine out so quickly and have more options to choose from. I'm a minimalist so I don't usually get multiple pairs of dress shoes but I'm glad I did. Travis is fantastic at what he does and I'm glad he's there. I'll be back in the future when I need new shoes.”
“Okay don’t get my wrong I love the clothes! My whole closet is pretty much from here. The only thing I would say I don’t care for is how pushy the employees are. Last time I went in I had 3 items of clothing that I wanted to try on. “Staff was great. Wide variety of widths and sizes, which is important because the person I was buying for was a 4E. I popped in on Saturday afternoon to pick up a gift for the next day. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to purchase a pair of shoes and was in and out in probably < 10 minutes!”

“I just had an amazing experience at this location. Recently I have been having issues with my back, knees, and feet. My doctor recommended to start buying wide shoes. I’ve never had a need to until now. As soon as I walked in an employee, Andrew, introduced himself and offered help if needed. I took him up on his offer and I’m glad I did! He was able to point out which shoes came in wide off the top of his head. He helped me choose a pair that fit well and also helped me try on two different kinds of insoles. My feet already feel better and I walked out of the store with my new shoes and insoles. Thank you, Andrew!”

“This review is long overdue, but I wanted to share my deep appreciation for Melissa, one of the managers, and two other staff members whose names I can’t remember, unfortunately. : ( DSW (online) sent me the wrong size shoe, but by the time I received the order, my size was sold out. Melissa kindly said she would honor the price as soon as I found a different pair that was similar. More than that, she gave me great tips on shoe brands in terms of quality/longevity when I was at the store looking. She was warm, professional, and approachable!!! I left the store feeling happy. Such a simple thing, such a human thing, to have and appreciate an interaction with a kind person who knows her job and how to treat people well. I, for one, don’t want to live in a world in which we all stare at phones to do everything, including shopping. I like going into a place to look, touch, and see an item and solicit input from people with expertise. We won’t have those places if we don’t all support them!
Most importantly, we ALL need social connection for our well-being, and we all need social cohesion to live in a complex society, together. It’s not just about supporting a business or a store that you appreciate; it’s about how we all get along. And Melissa made a difference to me and how I felt, and I can carry that to the next person with whom I interact! This is why I appreciated her so much, and why I wanted to write this review even though it’s several months late. Thank you so very much, Melissa. Everyone reading this, go to this DSW. Talk to some fellow customers, and talk to the employees. You’ll be glad that you did. ?”
“Update: got a call from Christy at the Glendale location. She’s awesome, totally made things right and then some! Go see her for your shoe needs!!!Bought a rather expensive pair of Birkenstock sandals a little over a year ago. Normal seasonal wear, not everyday. They’ve broken. Rep at the store says that’s “common and a year of seasonal wear is normal for a hundred dollar pair of sandals”. So just a heads up, don’t expect more than a year of occasional use for your money here.”
“The ambiance was very warm and welcoming. Marquise our server was most knowledgeable and helpful. No one rushed or hurried us. The food was excellent and we were impressed that chef took time at the end of our meal to come by our table and have a conversation. We will surely be back!”

“Nordstrom Rack is a national retail chain known for its big named brands and low prices in comparison to other stores and it's parent store, Nordstrom. This location is easy to get to and has a ton of parking as it's in a strip center. Inside they are fully stocked on everything you'd need in a retail clothing store. The service here is phenomenal and there's tons of employees walking around trying to help. The dressing rooms were very clean as well as the bathrooms.”

“I had no idea this store carries a wide selection of narrow shoes! I have been struggling for years to find sandals to stay on my narrow feet. Now, I finally have cute ones thanks to Marmi! I used to think this store was for older women, but that is not the case. They have very stylish options for all ages. I'm so happy to have discovered this gem of a store! Customer service is off the charts great. It's local too, so definitely support them : )”
