“Let me start off by saying that I rarely leave reviews, service has to be extreme in one direction or the other for me to leave a review. On 7/23 I visited the Arnold store and was attended to by Christina. I had a significant issue that occurred in the process of returning to Verizon service via phone the Sunday prior resulting in a phone with no service. Christina started by listening to what I was experiencing and how the issue came about. She emained attentive and allowed me time to explain even the smallest details without rushing me or brushing me off. Christina called Verizon to work through the multiple issues where she spent the next 4 HOURS patiently and professionally speaking with multiple reps and departments in order to get my service corrected so that I could leave her store with a working device. I cannot express my appreciation enough for Christina. This was far mire than I could have figured out on my own and she did this not only with a smile and a positive attitude but while multitasking to help other customers. Christina. Thank you again. Your attitude and willingness to help is what excellent customer service looks like.”
