“Stopping at the post office is usually a chore on my list of things to get done, but I almost always leave this post office with a smile on my face. I have to drive out of my way a bit, since it’s off my usual commute a bit, but do as much as possible. There is usually not a long line, and the staff there is efficient and friendly. My favorite is the lady named Billie, with pretty purple tinted hair. She has always been very kind and patient with me, even when I am unsure of what I need or how best to do it. I appreciate this so much and will use this post office over others, whenever I can.”
“Once again, Daniel and the front counter staff at the Gregory Distribution Center Post Office came through with excellent customer service and can-do attitude. I was hoping a package would arrive before the tracking, and the staff suggested I come the next morning. Daniel checked, the package was in the building, he retrieved it, and I left town two hours later with the package in hand. Thanks!”
“Convenient location with Saturday hours!
This post office gets the job done for basic mailing needs. I appreciate that they have extended Saturday hours which is a real bonus for people who work during the week. The self-service kiosk is quick and easy to use when you just need to drop off a package or buy stamps. Convenient location in Overland Park and usually in and out pretty quickly during off-peak hours!”
“Just move into the area… first time visiting this post office and had to mail out a ton of wedding invitations. I was amazed by Liea’s customer service! I didn’t feel rushed at all. She was so nice and helpful.”
“Thank goodness for JB working today, I came in for my passport, he was able to assist me without an appointment because no locations around me have had availability that worked with my schedule as a working mom with a traveling job. I had a lot of hold up with getting newly married and all the government shut downs with my documents, that his kindness and flexibility was such a relief.

“The sweetest man works here! I ran out of packing tape so I planned on purchasing some when I arrived at the store, but he asked me if I had my return label and when I responded that I did he told me to just leave the package on the counter and that he’d tape it up for me. All the while he was very friendly and funny. I will definitely take all future packages here for shipping!”
“Bill and all of the staff were amazing with helping me to weigh all of my wedding invitations to get the correct stamps and even hand cancelled each letter for me! They were friendly the entire time and made me feel comfortable with putting the invites through the mail!”

“I love the fact that banking needs are met on a personal level. It reminds me of banking as a child where everyone was friendly and had time to chat about the weather and/or exchange a family story. I've never ran into a disgruntled customer either. There are a few things I can't readily do but I don't minding, I'd rather bank here than elsewhere.”

“Tiffanie was incredibly helpful, and even stayed after close to help me and my wife. If the post office has more people like her, I think they'd have 5 star reviews across America. She was quick, efficient, and very professional, while handling other customers. She took care of everyone before us quickly, and helped out everyone after us, while we were filling out forms, so that we didn't have to wait. Incredible employee!!”
“This place IS a blessing. It’s one of the few location open (mostly it seems) 24/7. Though it can be a little intimidating because the parking lot is lit up but there’s no lit sign, so it may wear closed. It’s also set back off the highway.. not readily noticeable. The area seems safe. But if it was located any where else in town… ?Just keep an eye out and be aware of of what’s going on around you.But… if your a last minute shirt like me!!!Oh it’s a blessing!!!”
“I had such a positive experience getting my passport here! The ladies who helped me were so helpful, patient, and full of energy at 9am on a Wednesday. They made me feel welcomed and attended to the moment I walked in the door. We had lovely conversation and the process was so speedy and convenient. Also I HIGHLY recommend getting your photo done here as well. They did AMAZING with the photo!!!”

“My package was hung up cycling around KC and not getting to it’s destination. If you ever have an issue with your mail or shipping, as I have a few times , the women in this post office know how to get things done. And fast! Are they the friendliest?Not always, but I guess that depends on how courteous you are as well. I have never had an issue with that.”
“For our passport appointment, Patricia was so helpful and efficient. She even called us before our appointment to communicate the photo services were not working and make sure we had all of our documents ready. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you, Patricia!”

“Easy. Had both self service and counter person assistance. Self service takes a while to type all sender and receiver info on touch screen. I felt bad for the guy behind me.”
“I don’t know who I need to yell at but.. GIVE MR GREG MORE MONEY!!!!! I was so so worried, I ordered all of my son’s Christmas and birthday gifts a month early and still have not gotten them. I reported the packages missing and got a call within 15 minutes. Mind you it is 7pm the Friday before Christmas. He was very professional and personable and even offered to follow up with me the next day with an update to give me some peace of mind. 10/10 no crumbs. Give ‘em a raise!”
“Fantastic service today especially after a horrible experience at the Martin City USPS. I am willing to bet you all are so busy because other offices just keep sending us to you. The blonde lady was running the line with pro efficiency getting us all through the line quickly with no stress. My thanks to both the ladies running it today.
