“Ray was very knowledgeable and helped me select shoes that fit much better than my existing shoes. I had good quality Hoka shoes, but unbeknownst to me, they were not really the right shape for my foot. The new ones are basically the same cost as the old ones, but they clearly fit my feet better. He guided me also to inserts that improved the fit further, and also tied the laces differently to hold the heel better. (I also left with better socks and nice pants.) It really was a perfect experience for selecting shoes.”

“This store is absolutely incredible! As a plus size woman I have had horrible experiences at other Clothes Mentors. This place has never failed me. Always warm and welcoming! I said I'd order online and pick up in-store, saw they did shipping, I forgot who I spoke to but they called to confirm that I did want them shipped! I haven't always found a lot there but theres always at least 1 item I leave with. Try to stop by sometime they are fair on prices and tend to have great deals on everything! ??
P.s. im 2 hours 20 minutes away..its worth the drive if you can!”

“I recently had to contact MBT USA with regard to a pair of MBT shoes I previously purchased. MBT USA customer service (Sheri) not only listened to my concerns, but was proactive to resolve my issue. I was totally impressed by MBT customer service and I'm loving my new MBT shoes, which is a vast improvement from my previous MBT shoes. It's nice to see a company that backs up their product with stellar customer service. I'm now a fan of MBT!!”

“I originally called the DSW location in Brentwood, Mo. I spoke with a young lady to ask her if DSW priced matched to the Steve madden website along with others. The young lady immediately stated “Um no we only price match to DSW” I said okay and hung up. I then contacted your DSW location in Manchester, Mo and spoke with a women by the name of Emina. Her greeting me was amazing which the last phone call I did not have the same. I asked Emina the same question and she informed me that DSW COULD price match with Steve Maddens website along with others. I voiced my phone call from the last phone call experience with her sister location and she apologized. She even went as far as to check if her store along with the original store I called had the specific shoe I was looking for in stock. Not only did both locations have the shoe in stock Emina called the Brentwood location and spoke with the supervisor about the situation and also had the supervisor put the shoe on hold for me. I was not expecting this but the fact that she did go above and beyond for me shows gratitude and care for her customers. I’ve shopped with DSW and because of Emina I will continue to patronize this establishment!”
“The young curly hair blonde I think her name was Jordan was so nice, helpful, and so sweet. She knew exactly what I was looking for, when I walked in she was there asking me what I came in for and made shopping so much fun. Y’all should really hire more young ladies like her.”

“I’m giving 5 stars for Brandon Bryant after another employee stopped helping me a woman for two older men, I sat in a chair for 20ish minutes give or take and Brandon helped me not the guy who was supposed to be helping me, I had a wonderful time talking to him he helped me find the right boots and color I was looking for, he put lifts in and made sure they were comfortable as he didn’t want me to be uncomfortable on my wedding day, when I came back to purchase the boots all of sudden the original guy wanted to help me? I said thank you but I’m waiting for Brandon he was helping me it felt like he was trying to steal his sale honestly. Tim is also amazing and I can tell he is a great boss too he was very friendly and helped me sign up for all the stuff I needed, give these two a raise I will be going back because of them.”
“Shannon D. (What the receipt said!) is so sweet. We came and visited from Iowa to see my grandmother who lives in Manchester. She helped my husband apply for a card that he was approved for and she was our cashier every time we came back (I love this store!!) over the 3 days we were in town. She remembered us, made us feel so welcomed and had the nicest smile. She is very good at her job as well. We will definitely be coming back to this location whenever we are in town!!!”

GET ONE, I don't care if you need it or not, get it, it's the best one for the price in the market!. You will not be disappointed in getting it. I was like I'm not going to use this thing, I find myself using it every single day for multiple things, oh and lock it up, my niece has taken it to her house so I bought her one, now I'm looking for 5 more cause the family keeps taking mine!. The employees are very helpful, the store was clean, and all the products were top notch, but I only needed the collapsible wagon this trip. I keep the small one in the car, never know(shopping) when it will come in handy, the extra large size is in the garage for outside work and there's one in the house for whatever use, I have multiple

“Great customer service. The staff was very friendly. I had a return that went smooth Jada assisted me with no issues at all. I will admit I thought I would have an issue because the item was purchased online during the mall closure. I bought another pair of shoes I had to return to kids footlocker purchased on the same Day. I returned to Kids footlocker in July, kids footlocker gave me all push back and didn’t want to give me my money back due to the time frame of the return. Thanks Champs and Jada for making my visit today seamless. I will most definitely return to this location for that alone.”
