“Great experience! My vehicle was towed in with damage from attempted theft they worked the claim and processed through insurance seamlessly. The bodywork was flawless and mechanically everything works great. Will did a great job calling providing regular updates.Tori at front was very nice and helpful as well. They also work with Enterprise if you need to rent a car that allow you leave rental at their location for pick up. That convenience alone was huge perk.”

I called on my way and this kind female employee told me she’d wait until I got there to close the register. Cannot recommend this place enough! As my other car was on the ramps awaiting the plug and crush washer.Amazing service.”

“I took my Lexus RX350 to Bates Automotive because of all the great reviews I read online. A woman with no insurance (ugh!) hit my vehicle in a parking lot, so I was searching for reasonable estimates since I would be paying out of my own pocket (and didn't want a claim on my insurance).I'm so glad I found Bates! I just got my vehicle back and it looks EXACTLY like it did before it was hit. I can't see any difference. Gary is an artist and a perfectionist.My vehicle's color is "white crystal pearl tricoat," which further complicated the re-paint process by 3 extra steps because of the shiny speckles in the paint. Turning into the lot I see multiple cars in various states of disassembly with their fearless YouTube mechanics working diligently until the dreaded ad would cause a momentary bout of stillness. All in all Great service from the staff and in true independence style there was a hobo on the side of the building hitting everyone up for change. Would definitely recommend!”

“Wow is all I can say! Brayden literally helped me and my kids by getting under my car and helping me get a plastic piece put back on with some plastic screws. We were driving on highway and heard a loud sound and pulled over and noticed a plastic covering came undone from body and was scraping on highway by catching the wind. He went out of his way and we are beyond thankful, the dealership isn’t open today and he saved this mom from a whole panic attack.
