“We’re traveling cross country and checked in at almost 3 AM, Tina at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. I originally chose double sized beds annd got the room keys. When I went outside to tell my brother he said he wanted 2 queens. She was so nice and swapped the room for us. If we ever end up in this area again we will definitely come back!”

“Everything worked out well for me, but the only thing was that the restroom floor felt a little sticky. Other than that, everything was good. The big guy at the front desk was really helpful and assisted me very well. I would also say the front desk responds very quickly.”
“I have stayed in worse locations and never left a review but this one irritated me enough to.
Checkout may be at 11:00 but be prepared for them to start knocking on your door at 9:30am for housekeeping. Especially with a do not disturb sign on door.
They can see we have not checked out.

Also, room was ok. Not bad as others have mentioned.
Obviously hadn't been dusted or even wiped down in a long while. Mold all over bottom of shower curtain. Some scary stains on carpet but that's why I keep hotel shoes and never walk barefoot. Also faucet water is backwards. Hot is cold and cold is hot.
Looks like they're working on fixing it up some but it takes 2 seconds to run a dust rag across surfaces.
For the price and if I ever traveled thru here again, I would stay with one exception. A very large note NOT to disturb before checkout time.
Especially when you've only had a few hours of sleep before having to go back to work then drive 5 hours back home.

“Booked this room as a pit stop for my kids moving cross country. Best customer service I've encountered from a hotel. From Hannah during the day to Chris (I think) overnight everyone was helpful and accommodating. Kids reported that the beds were extremely comfy and the biscuits and gravy delicious. 10/10 experience for them & by extension, me.”
