“December 2nd my package of new bank checks were delivered to the wrong address. I went in the the post office first thing December 3rd - they confirmed the incorrect delivery and sent a supervisor to retrieve the package. I had my checks by 10:30 am. Thanks so much.”

“I want to give a shout out to Grain Valley post office. I had a package that was attempted to be delivered yesterday and I was not here. We were driving back from the Mayo Clinic. I took the card to they left in mailbox because it was medication that needed to be signed for that said to pick it up in Grain Valley. When I got to Grain Valley about 20 mins before they closed She looked it up and said it showing to be in Blue Springs. I go to Blue Springs and I wish I could've gotten her name but the person working the counter she search and searched and said it was not here and called the Grain Valley Post Office for me and they located the package it normally would have been sent to Blue Springs so I truly don't blame anyone. But I was in Blue Springs right at closing and they stayed there because by this time they were alteady closed. They stayed there until I got there coming from Blue Springs to make sure I got my medication. It's people that do those kind things when they didn't have too. They truly needed to be recognized. I aways see complaints about the post office service but I have found if you treat them with kindness they usually return the same type of kindness you show them. Everyone makes mistakes and I have made a lot of them in my lifetime but I am finding that letting the small stuff go and not letting it get to me. Everyone makes mistakes and having more grace and kindness makes for a much happier life. So thank you Blue Springs Post Office and Grain Valley Post office going above and beyond.”

“I had such a positive experience getting my passport here! The ladies who helped me were so helpful, patient, and full of energy at 9am on a Wednesday. They made me feel welcomed and attended to the moment I walked in the door. We had lovely conversation and the process was so speedy and convenient. Also I HIGHLY recommend getting your photo done here as well. They did AMAZING with the photo!!!”

“The few times I've gone into this post office I've had good service from the same lady each time. I have mailed a few large envelopes and small bubblers for my Grandpa and she was helpful in letting me know how my envelopes needed to be sealed in the future so they wouldn't get ripped by the machines (you need to tape down the flap vs using the brad pin). She also let me know how I could ship one of my packages cheaper through media mail vs. first class or priority. As for my mail, it is always on time and in my box usually around noon or one. I've not had any issues with mail not being delivered to my box and my postal worker often goes above and beyond in making sure packages to big for the box after safely tucked into the porch. When I have ordered live aquatic plants and fish she had even made sure they were safely in my cool garage (if it was open) or in a shady spot on the porch. All and all pretty happy with my service.”
