“Kevin and Scott were absolutely amazing and were able to fit me in last minute. I needed my drivers side mirror replaced and I had brought the exact part for my car from the Toyota shop. I came here to save some money on labor and time because Toyota was outrageously priced. Unfortunately Toyota also seemed to give me the wrong part that didn’t fit my car so when Scott went to install it it didn’t fit. Despite having done the work to remove my door panel and the old mirror to prep for installation as well as putting it all back together they way it was they were extremely understanding of my situation and didn’t charge me for the labor since I didn’t get a part installed. Even though it wasn’t their fault most shops would not be so kind. If I wasn’t in a tough spot financially I would have paid them for the labor regardless but I am so so grateful there are people in this industry that care about there customers. They did a test drive and said it’s the engine not transmission. Super nice about it and tried to help find a performance based shop to figure out why it was having issues. “My wife and I have a 2003 GMC Savana full-sized conversion van. The transmission was slipping for a while and less than a week before we were planning to go on a family vacation, there was a clunk and it would not engage reverse. We had it towed to CP and were not surprised to hear the tranny needed to be overhauled. When my Jeep broke down, I was stressed, overwhelmed, and worried about how I was going to get it repaired. To make matters worse, I didn't have towing coverage through my insurance, and getting the vehicle to a shop was going to cost me a fortune before I even knew what was wrong with it.

This is where Josh and the team immediately stood out from every other repair shop I've ever dealt with. They helped arrange a tow for my Jeep and got it to the shop when I wasn't sure what I was going to do. They didn't have to do that, but they did, and it set the tone for the entire experience.

Once my Jeep arrived, Josh kept me updated every step of the way. He explained everything clearly, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood exactly what repairs were needed and why. What surprised me most was learning that AAMCO does so much more than transmissions. The repairs performed on my Jeep were extensive and included replacing both front CV axles, a rear axle, a rear lateral link, a rear trailing arm, a control arm and ball joint, and then properly adjusting the camber during the alignment to ensure everything drove correctly.

I also want to specifically recognize James for the work he performed. The Jeep drives better than it has in years. The ride is smoother, the handling is tighter, and I can tell the repairs were done correctly. It is obvious he takes pride in his work.

Another thing that impressed me was that they didn't just hand me a repair estimate and leave me to figure it out on my own. Josh took the time to go over financing and payment plan options and worked hard to help me find a way to get my Jeep repaired. That kind of customer service is almost impossible to find anymore.
